really starting to get upset w all these action films that the trailer house portray as this great movie but the actual film editing house completely kills it/and or is given just shit to work with. I really thought i was going to like this going in, but it just holds onto every standard "action rogue cop" standard (which is fine) but cant even come through on the execution of that w a 20 million production budget. ugh.
this movie had one good scene, the use of a blacklight lamp as ambience= other then that i just felt bad that Theresa is forced into a shitshow of "modern horror" of which the scariest part was the lack of screenwriting and the gaining of confusing editing.
ive seen shit movies before, but this....this takes it to a whole new level of lazy casting, directing, writing, and editing.
Hate to say this but......meh to the meh'th degree of meh. (but graded and lit amazingly).
if i had given this movie any forethought i would have said "Its what i thought it was going to be" - but i really didnt and it kinda was just that. the. same. movie. again.
