A masterpiece of quiet nuances and observation! A terrific film about war without a shot being fired! A simple plot and character film that leaves you absolutely riveted! Kevin Bacon is superb in the lead. Director Ross Katz does an amazing job quietly capturing the raw emotion of each scene. A true-life story that is simply not to be missed!
Avatar is a terrific achievement! Visually stunning, gorgeous and trend-setting and (as usual) James Cameron's collection of dynamic action sequences and credible strong female characters are quite compelling! Great music score by James Horner as well. It also contains his usual simple plotting, simple characters and simple dialogue. Not necessarily bad, just simple. Some audiences won't mind this, others will be put off. I loved the movie though, he has made a film that is not only entertaining but quite important in film overall. 25 years after the release of the first Terminator, James Cameron continually proves himself a master of the film-making form.
Very likable and upbeat tale, features appealing performances by the two kids as well as convincing effects, a sharp pace and very strong direction. Should capture the imagination of all audiences.
Terrific Sequel features Christopher Lee and Bette Davis in key roles. Kim Richards couldn't be more appealing. Imagative tale which is very well told, one of the few sequels that doesn't drop the momentum of the original.
This one throws everything and the kitchen sink in for the hope of a good show! It's all ludicrous but it's quite entertaining. A terrific nod to the original films with 2 key cast members returing in fun cameos. This one has action, comedy and effects to spare! Nicely conceived sequence at a sci-fi convention as well.
