Agreat film, not only for the actresses and actors involved but a truely inspiring film of 1997 and what technology can do, a favourite film of mine and cried buckets but dont know who didnt. Thought Leoanardo Dicaprio and Kate Winslet together was so deeply involved and worked in awe of each other. Magnificent effects and proberbly the best directed film ever, by James Cameron. Truely one of the greatest films ever of the decade, beautiful and eligant soundtrack, which won loads of awards. Brilliant

Very good set of actors/actresses, chick flick which revolves around different people, everywhere you looklove is causing chaos, from the batchuler Prime Minister whom on his first day falls for the tea lady, to a hopeless sandwich delivery guy who dont seem to have a chance with girls from the U.K. Great British film and Hugh Grant for me steals the show. Good soundtrack and excellent storyline, Well directed byRichard Curtis, highly recommended and great chick flick

The Truman Show

Trueman Burbank (Jim Carrey) is being watched by millions of viewers unknown to him. From when he was born the viewers have been hooked on the life of him, now living with his wife (Laura Linney) what he doesnt realise is all around him are actors. His growing suspition of what he thinks of being like a Prisoner makes him attemp to leave on several occasions, but all the props are on a huge set so trying to leave "the set" makes it virtually impossible and that would blow how popular and globally huge the show is.The shows director Christof (Ed Harris) a minipulater does everything in his power to thawrt his escape. I admire this movie as its based on how the media can be very minipulating towards people. Peter Weir as done a fantastic job directing and the soundtrack as got some beautifully songs on it, fine film loved it and Jim Carrey does justice, highly recommended
