An incredible addition to the Star Wars saga. Daisy Ridley, John Boyega , and Adam Driver were incredible as newcomers to the Star Wars universe, and the returning actors turned in memorable and heartfelt performances. I am anxious to see the direction the saga takes in the next film.
A stunningly epic tale of a fight for continued existence. Matthew McConaughey is undeniably adept at portraying the intensity of a man trying to balance a fierce love for his family with the unrelenting determination to save humanity from extinction. Anne Hathaway shines in her supporting role. Without a doubt, the special effects and cinematography are some of the best I've ever experienced.
An intriguing film, with great performances all around. The standout, however, is Amy Adams. Hollywood, if you're listening, please cast her as a sexy, smart bitch more often, instead of the usual naive, timid waif.
A phenomenal tour de force for Matthew McConaughey, who stars as a womanizing redneck whose life hits the skids with an HIV+ diagnosis in 1985 and a prognosis of death within 30 days. Jared Leto brings down the house as Rayon. Both Leto and McConaughey should be honored for their groundbreaking performances.
