Despite the poor ratings, I thought this was a fun & enjoyable movie from a legendary cast including Ann-Margaret who also put in a good performance. While not likely plausible, it was just good fun & humor to eat popcorn with and relax for some laughs
Despite the poor ratings, I thought it was an enjoyable movie and story overall. While the concept of a global planet coming together in 2019 seems far-fetched, the idea of it and a satellite system to help the earth's weather could be one for the distant future.
I thought it was an enjoyable movie overall as it brings to life the story of Don Shirley and Tony Lip in 1962 as they traveled through the South for musical performances and the friendship they formed along the way. It also brings to light the terrible time of racial segregation in the south for blacks and the hatred they faced from whites which Tony didn't see in the beginning, but soon changed and bonded with Dr. Shirley. It was a great story about the time period and made me want to learn more about it and their lives
