A classic for HK heist films.
While I most identify myself with the seemingly atheistic Jon, I do believe God lies within those wild strawberries.
Look to the right, under "More Like This", it listed "Scary Movie / Scary Movie 3/ Epic Movie"!! WTF? I dont care what's your opinion on this one, it is not similar to those 3...gosh.
I think watching this right after "felon" was really a great choice.!
Its a heavy topic, but the film itself is not nearly as heavy as i thought it would be. I think the straightforward plot, especially the 3rd act probably makes it feel a little too melodramatic and shallow for its own good. Still entertaining tho
The cafe scene towards the end is really emotionally powerful.
A really sweet film that moves the audience in many different ways. Lee Carter's performance is a real bright spot.
I actually drifted in and out of sleep at least 5 times after the first 20mins, barring it was midnight, but still...c'mon, this suppsosed to be a sci-fi/action thriller..right?
