As well as directing, Mian is the film's co-producer and co-writer, alongside star Sean Knopp, and it's an impressive debut, although his background in short films is apparent as we go deeper into the film. There are times when the plot feels like it is being stretched and what finishes as a 90 minute feature could have been pared down, ramping up the tension even more.
