Yeah to say the least this film was very interesting... I did like it though, it was very crude which is my kinda comedy!!! Plus a lot of unexpected cameo's & the reference to Gilbert Grape was hilarious!!! Jack Black as a junkie was pretty funny & then you got Downey Junior which provided the slapstick comedy & pretty much put the icing on the cake. This movie will be give or take for most, I thinks its one of those movies where you either like it or hate it, no real inbetween, but if you share in my sense of humor it is a definite must see...
hmmm, this film was a total let down... I was a huge fan of this series back in the day, but that's just it, it was back in the day. The movie didn't really intrigue me all that much I mean the most sci-fi they touch on in the movie is a physic pedophile priest (yeah a little odd, lol)... The storyline I thought would have been more suited for a CSI episode, but what to do... Mulder still never found his sister :( they was no mention of Aliens & did I miss something Mulder & Scully are a couple & had a kid that died at some point, hmmm... I felt this movie jumped around at parts & didn't really explain all plot lines. But I did find it funny when they showed Mr. Bush picture on the wall & started to play the X-File music (that made me laugh)... But yeah other than that it was a little less than average. If you are not or were not a fan of X-files you probably won't enjoy this...
This was a great afternoon family type flick. The animation is truly amazing & the jokes are setup to reach all ages. General storyline was like most movies, you got the weak untalented guy set to fight the ultimate fighting machine... So yeah the storyline is nothing new, but the fact that they used a Panda (which is not normally associated with being aggressive or strong) + the fact he is clearly over weight allows this film to differ a little from the rest. A definite must see for the whole family...
Ah man this movie was horrible... It reminded me of the home movies me & some friends made when we were kids, funny just cause of how bad it was, but other than that it was just stupid. Very slow moving & the two main guys were totally trying to copy the guys from half baked, but man it was so not working. I would highly recommend never watching this movie, ever...
Yeah not the greatest story... It was kinda what I was expecting but much worse. There were way to many blue screen scenes that you could tell were as such, not realistic at all. Then there was the part of swinging through the tree's with computer animated (very poorly by the way) monkey's. The love story was half ass not much real emotion (Has Harrison Ford ever had a believable love interest, I mean going back to Blade Runner he has always had the worst kiss scene's. It's like he hates everyone he has to do it with cause there is no passion whatsoever). So back to the lame story, seriously I did not want it to take a X-files twist involving aliens, that was just a big mistake & very uninteresting for this type of a movie. So yeah I would not recommend this to anyone, it was a waste of time...
