First hour was very boring, and then the seance scene happened and the audience laughed at how bad it was. It's like the director saw The Shining and tried to re-produce the hotel hallway scenes. Horrible movie. Not scary at all. I did like the final scene, though.
Besides a few good action scenes of them jumping around rooftops, the script is lousy, the action scenes are jarring and it's incredibly dull. Go play the games instead. They are wonderful. This? Not so much.
Everything I wanted in a new Star Wars movie and more. For me, it took away the stank of the Prequels and Special Editions. This movies wasn't made to sell cutsie toys and have wacky characters, it went back to the roots that made the movies popular in the first place, and that is grand themes aimed at young adults. Can't wait for the next one.
One of the best comedies I've seen in years. Too many comedies mug to the camera. Not this one. A heartfelt tribute to growing older and hanging on to your youth. Loved it. And going in I thought I wouldn't care for it much.
