I watched the first episode and that was it for me. I will not waste my time watching any more of this dreck. There were no characters. The actor playing the doctor was almost invisible. If this is the standard for Doctor Who now then it is time that this series retreats into memory
The same joke over and over again. No authentic characters. Just a bunch of cardboard cutouts screaming at each other with unfunny insults and abuse
It ttries very hard to be daring and fails miserably on some many levels. The characters are no even stereotypes just very tired cliches. My thoughts when watching this is that I was very glad that I didn't look at life teh way this show does.
Watching "Humans", I saw the same themes as "Blade Runner". it showed me how good a film "Blade Runner" is. I just wish that "Humans" had some ideas of its own and could be hllf as good.
The program shows the coding room on the start up as something like an uncontrolled frat party. I worked in high tech and the situation in such rooms full of coders is much different than the frat party depicted. In the room, there will be a group of nerds working at the limits of their skill on very difficult problems. The rooms are full of concentration and are silent. Instead of frat house, a better metaphor for such rooms would be a medieval monastery with monks laboring over their manuscripts.
I suppose the reality of a bunch f nerd coders working in silence would not make for good television.
