The Beau_Gest of our time? no. But it was entertaining. Different to most of Van Damme's films, in that it wasn't in the 80s and he didn't do much kicking. it's not great, but watchable.
Perhaps his worst film since 'The Order'..in fact, that was a lot better. It was over-the-top, and I liked that, but I just felt that it wasn't quite how it should've been.
Brilliant cast, decent acting and Michael "Stop throwing those damn spears!" Caine! The inplausability of the plot is actually quite enjoyable as opposed to some other war movies like this, and in the end it's a great adventure.
It's a pop-corn classic action/adventure movie. Very fun.
Well, it's a Sean Bean film, so it's off to a good start in y opinion. It's bloody and violent too, but it's not as well done as it could have been. I liked it, It was entertaining, brilliant message.
One of my favorites for the 'There's the bugger, sir!' Line alone.
Wasn't much impressed with the whole brother concept, but this ws still damn good; luddites, Yeomen, the usual arrogant Sharpe enemies...brilliant
Not quite as good as the 1990s originals, but as soon as you see Patrick Harper with the Knock Volley gun, you know it's a damn good film!
