Scandinavian humour and a good story of a bitter man who comes to terms with himself.
Romantic journey to self-forgiveness. *A bit* too hollywood style.
Surprisingly not boring despite the length and initially unclear plot. Tarantino can always keep you entertained!
Great film to watch after you have just been to Uganda! So much easier to connect with the feel of it. Of course being Disney it's overly cheerful, but it's great that this fairly unusual topic (girls in the African slums playing chess) made it to the big screen. An inspiring true story that presents chess as a cool sport for everyone regardless of gender or background.
