Unfortunately, Valley Girl is only really fun because of the nostalgia the songs provide. The rest of the story is the usual boy meets girl from a different world kinda stuff that is really predictable.
Grandma shows back up after disappearing, but she's not the same. And she's got some serious skin conditions going on. Daughter finally peels her and you're left in a lurch as 3 generations of women lie in bed like there's nothing wrong at the end.
