Not too bad, but not that great either. Netflix's new film feature "Bright" has an interesting concept, although it fails to translate well with subpar writing from Max Landis. The formula is pretty much a basic buddy cop feature that occasionally goes on a jagged and bumpy ride to deliver the mystical world-building and social commentary. The soundtrack is nevertheless amazing.
The sequel to the highly successful Marvel movie of all time may have come out overstuffed and rushed with stories and elements. Fortunately, the essential things that make this another crowd-pleasing Marvel entree never get lost among the hectic actions, humours and intriguing build-ups. Aside from that, Avengers: Age of Ultron continues to give more attention on the character and world building, where we are able to get a glimpse into what Phase 3 may have installed for us.
