No character development just a guy with PTSD from living in a hole for six years. Jesse Pinkman could've gone for a ketamine infusion to treat his PTSD that would've been interesting. Now it was absolutely boring, most of the movie seemed to take place in a studio with a freshly built Ikea kitchen, save for the custom yellow grated doors. I live in Albuquerque, and wanted to see this, but learned nothing and felt nothing. I should have watched In Bruges for the 20th time or Diamond Men, a brilliant little movie with Robert Forster. What saved El Camino was Jesse Plemons. He gets the one star in my review. And the carpenters who built that kitchen. Fyi, stopped watching Breaking Bad after it lost its' comedy edge in S3. Liked Better Call Saul better than Breaking Bad.
