Not the thickest story around, but still I really liked this movie. The comedic black guy, played by Moreland, is the main character. Or rather he is the one that you'll remember afterwards when all the white actors blur together..
The idea is way better than most of the stuff from Troma, but that can't save this movie. the plot is quite thin, the acting is on the same level. Anyway, it's distributed by Troma and if you have no idea what that means, then this movie is not for you.
this is a pretty nice presentation of Speed. However, I'm not a big fan of him, so that makes this movie a bit boring in the long run. The footage and presentation of NYC is what stands out for me as the best parts of this documentary.
What a great movie this is! The old voodoo lady, that like 22 years old with a grey whig. The horrible dubbing, the aztecs of New Orleans. There are so many things that comes together to make this are very good watch.
Think slasher mixed with the "V" miniseries and you are approaching the story. Add a lake full of sex-starved teenagers and you can start watching this. I'd say it can be a part of some sort of drinkinh context, but outside of that I don't know why you'd want to watch it.
