here is a perfect example of a movie that doesn't know what it is. The first 15-20 minutes are mildly gripping, but it trails off thereafter at a monotonous rate. It ends up feeling like a Guy Ritchie/Jackie Chan/Oliver Stone movie with the good bits taken out.
