Clearly better than Rocky 4 and 5, but still hits the same beats as the original Rocky with less force and compelling effect.
The thing that sticks out is the husband's plastic acting which completed snaffled the final scene, as well as much of the film.
It's a compact, solid film that is mostly well done and has some great jumpscares and an absorbing storyline. With all that being said, it still puzzles me, as I kept on thinking about "potential", this movie is largely underdeveloped, with the parts for a good movie, but not quite there.
I feel with a bigger budget, I feel he can make something really great--he has a good eye and compelling style.
A bit derivative, but relatively well done, that distinguishes it somewhat from the typical. It's still kind of random.
Yea. I didn't understand it, just plain vanilla uninteresting. Gave up after 45 minutes.
