This was really a lot of fun, and you get just what you see in the previews. A young man undertakes an incredible journey for love, and is aided by many friends along the way, only to find out - like in the wizard of oz - that things are not always as they seem. Overall it was well-acted, perfectly balanced with high-quality CGI and bits of humor, and even has a message for people who care. It's also a great film for people couped up due to Covid19. Overall I loved it and I hope they make a sequel soon!
It has some really cringey parts (wrestling in the hotel room, elevator, and ball room) but still I enjoyed it tremendously.
The movie has A-grade action, Reeves does it with A-grade style, and its written with some sophisticated storytelling techniques not found in most action films, even if the plot isn't deep at all. A better title might be, "Antinomy for Andy" or "Fray over Fido".
Didn't like it Abrams should stop making poor movies ...
