This movie kind of hit me hard for many reasons, so for that I'm rating it pretty high. The overall performances were impressive, I'm a big fan of all of the members of this cast so you could say I'm a little biased, but with the material it was well-acted. This film kind of reminded me of the film adaptation of The Lovely Bones because of its style in terms of the cinematography and art direction, because it was visually stunning in my opinion, and plotâ??which honestly didn't have that much going on. Overall I enjoyed it though.
Was okay until it reached the so-called "climax", completely over-melodramatic and unnecessary. And it kind of gave me a gross feeling in my stomach after watching it
As a fashion student/enthusiast I found this documentary really interesting and riveting. I've always had an affinity towards older people and it was wonderful to see these women defy the "norm" of society and fashion. They share my same philosophy with fashion: if you like it, wear it. It's art and these women wear it well.
