based on true events, and starring the actual people involved. this tale of heroism in the face of terrorism is better than you may think, thanks to the direction of clint eastwood, who doesn't bore us with the usual cliches. i enjoyed it.
an intelligent comedy that actually sees jason bateman in a little more serious role. the humour is actually less low brow than you would expect and it's enjoyable enough to watch until the end. far more enjoyable than i thought it would be.
This is marvel's version of 'the red wedding' (game of thrones) so nobody is safe. exceedingly enjoyable, with thanos as the best enemy yet. this is all tied up nicely to lead in to the captain marvel movie also. probably my new favourite marvel movie yet.
A disturbing look at what can drive teenagers in America to shoot up their schools. depressing and desolate but also compelling at the same time and well worth watching.
one of the better sporting movies it seems. with a superb performance from nick nolte this movie shows you that doing everything you can to win ultimately means you may lose overall.
