Stunner that delivers an emotional wallop at the end. Nolan now joins the ranks of silent film directors with visual, visceral images & sounds. I was fortunate to see it IMAX, and was literally sobbing at the end (it took several minutes to compose myself). Dynamite!

Slick, stylish romance/mystery firing on all cylinders. It's wonderful to watch intelligent actors approach characters with vigor. And all the components come together marvelously, from the sweeping cinematography to the score, sets, script, etc. The dramatic tension is established rapidly, with unsettling, unrelenting tension. Weisz is mesmerizing with her lovely voice & powerful screen presence. A real "adult" story that will leave you pondering.

Fine film with concise script & nice performances. The usually annoying Nighy is even restrained, for him.

Excellent 'B' movie that keeps ratcheting up the tension. Good actors, special effects, and plot twists.

Riveting script unwinds as a mystery. Engrossing & affecting from beginning to end driven by Wahlburg's strong performance.
