Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2
½

A great ending to a great franchise. Excellent action sequences, terrific performances, and marvelous visual effects. A must-see for all fantasy lovers and Harry Potter fans. Very highly recommended.

Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1

The worst Twilight film so far. Terrible performances, a boring story that doesn't go anywhere, and a cheap way to get more money by splitting the film into two parts are all reasons why you shouldn't see this film. Must I say more? Skip it.

Titanic 2
Titanic 2(2010)

Why does this even exist? Why does The Asylum continue to torture me? I asked for answers, and instead I got this. What a terrible movie.

Mission: Impossible Ghost Protocol
½

One of the best action films in recent memory. Great stunts (hanging off the world's tallest building), some good performances, and terrific direction from Brad Bird all make this the best action film of the year. Very highly recommended.

Hugo
Hugo(2011)

An incredible movie. Not only does it simply love movies, it completely embraces them. Terrific performances all around, a great plot, and terrific use of 3D all make this film worth seeing. The best film of 2011 so far. Highest recommendation.

Appurushîdo (Appleseed)
½

Appleseed's animation looks stunning, and the plot is very interesting and very well written. Appleseed should be rented, though you shouldn't expect too much.

Captain America: The First Avenger

Great action, a good plot, well-written dialogue, and excellent special effects all make Captain America work better than many other superhero movies. Highly recommended.

Life in a Day
½

While the film has good, upbeat moments, a lot of the film is very sad and depressing. What's worse is that those moments seem to fill the movie, which doesn't leave much room for anything else. Again, there's a lot of great moments, but not quite enough to recommend the movie.

Avatar
Avatar(2009)

Mediocre performances, a very weak plot, and forgettable characters all hinder this movie. Another important lesson learned once more: Story over special effects.

Stuart Little 2

Still has the charm and heart of the original, but is mostly just more of the same. It remains entertaining enough for a rental.

Stuart Little
½

Its visual effects are impressive, the performances are decent, and it's quite funny at times. Not the best family film, but certainly a good one. Recommended.

Transformers - The Complete First Season
½

A television classic loaded with action and lots of fun. See it whenever it's on or buy the DVD.

Spacehunter: Adventures in the Forbidden Zone
½

To keep it basic, this film is simply fun. Sure, the performances aren't very good, and the plot is dull and quite uninteresting, but it was still a fun movie to watch. Recommended.

Batman
Batman(1989)

Its visual style is great, with the epic vision of Gotham City, and the performances are all great, especially Jack Nicholson as the Joker. Highly recommended.

Batman Returns

The villains seem to take over the story, totally overshadowing Batman, and the movie is also way too dark for its own good. Skip it.

Batman Forever
½

Much more fun than the previous film. While Batman Returns was too dark, this film is more light, and I think that works for the film. Jim Carrey is also very fun to watch, as usual. Recommended.

Batman: Mask Of The Phantasm
½

Mask of the Phantasm perfectly portrays Batman in an animated film. This film has superb animation, a good voice cast, and a clever plot. Highly recommended.

Batman: The Movie

This film is a wonderful addition to the classic TV series. Even though it's very cheesy, there's lots of fun to be had with this one. Very highly recommended!

Poltergeist III

The mirror effects are great, and some scenes are fairly creative, but the film's plot becomes a mess, and I eventually don't care about the characters. Definitely stay away from this one and see the original instead.

The Rock
The Rock(1996)

Another Michael Bay guilty pleasure that stands alongside Transformers and Armageddon. It's certainly fun and exciting, but the plot is standard action material, and the characters aren't entirely well-developed. Still, I recommend this one for a rental.

The Outsiders
½

Mediocre performances, a slow and dull plot, and uninteresting characters all make this film not worth seeing. Definitely skip it.

Terror in the Aisles

The narration by Donald Pleasence and Nancy Allen is great, and it has a good selection of clips, but, overall, it's uninformative and entirely pointless. Unless you're a big horror fan, go see the original movies instead. Skip it.

Cars 2
Cars 2(2011)
½

Disappointing sequel, and, unfortunately, Pixar's first truly bad movie. Mater seems to take over the film, the plot is unexciting, and the whole film feels like a cash grab from start to finish. Skip it.

Transformers: Dark of the Moon

Just as bad as Revenge of the Fallen. Dull, boring, and filled with mindless action sequences. There's actually a plot this time around, but it's still not very interesting or unique. Definitely skip it.

Transformers
Transformers(2007)

A fun film loaded with INCREDIBLE special effects and good action sequences, this is a film that has everything Transformers fans could want in a movie.

Super 8
Super 8(2011)
½

A terrific tribute to Spielberg films of the 70's and the 80's. Great special effects work, hilarious humor, and the intentional standard plot all make this film worth seeing. Very highly recommended.

The Running Man
½

Lots of action and thrills, as well as some terrific special effects work for the time. Arnold is great as always. The Running Man comes recommended.

Rollerball
Rollerball(1975)

A classic sci-fi film. Lots of action, great performances, and a terrific story all make this film worth seeing. Rollerball comes highly recommended.

The Hangover Part II

Terrible. Plot is exactly like the first, jokes are uncreative and dull, and it was unbelievably mean-spirited and idiotic. A huge disappointment, considering I really enjoyed the first film. Definitely skip it.

Vanishing On 7th Street
½

Premise was better than what unfolded as the plot, but the performances weren't bad, and the visual effects were quite decent, especially for an independent film. Recommended.

The Mechanic
The Mechanic(2011)
½

Jason Statham and Ben Foster are both great, and the movie stays true to the Charles Bronson original. It's a lot of fun, and it's a bit smarter than other action films. Recommended.

Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides
½

Uninteresting, boring, and unnecessary. Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides is shorter than the others, but it feels like the longest. Skip it.

Fantastic Four

It may be fun garbage at points, but, overall, the movie certainly isn't worth your time or money. It has some decent unintentionally hilarious moments, but that still can't save the movie. Skip it.

The Right Stuff

Definitely a perfect movie. Terrific performances, great special effects (especially for the 80's), and a brilliantly-written script all make this movie worth seeing. The Right Stuff receives my highest recommendation.

The Truman Show

An incredible movie. Jim Carrey is not only great as usual, but he always delivers a heartwarming and realistic performance that only he could give. Both the premise and the plot remain interesting, the characters are always involving, and the script is very well-written. The Truman Show gets my highest recommendation.

Matinee
Matinee(1992)

I liked the premise and the hilarious in-movie ("Mant"), but I didn't like the subplots involving the characters and the Cold War setting. John Goodman is great, but he doesn't seem to have enough screen time. Still, there are quite a few good scenes in this movie that make it worth renting.

Fast Five
Fast Five(2011)

Too mindless for me. The actors seem uninterested and bored, the plot is dull and far from unique, and the action sequences seem to be the only thing focused on during production. I enjoyed a few of these films, but five of these films seems like five too many. Skip it.

South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut

I never learned to like South Park. I never got how ANYONE liked this show. The film is very mean-spirited, and not in a way that works. I thought the characters were annoying instead of funny, and I also thought the plot of the film didn't seem like it worked on the big screen. Now, I know two billion people are gonna put thumbs down to this, but go ahead. That won't change my opinion on the show or the movie. Skip it.

Wyatt Earp
Wyatt Earp(1994)

Too dull and too long for its own good. Wyatt Earp's life wasn't a very interesting story to begin with, and Kevin Costner doesn't deliver the role very well here. Skip it.

Serenity
Serenity(2005)

Well-written dialouge and some terrific performances fuel this special-effects-filled sci-fi adventure. It's great fun to watch, and I highly recommend it.

Mega Shark vs Crocosaurus
½

Simply fun. Yes, the special effects are terrible, the acting is stale, and the plot is dumb, but the movie is simply fun to watch. Recommended.

Dante's Peak
Dante's Peak(1997)
½

Great special effects and a solid beginning can't save this dull, uninteresting, cliched disaster movie. Definitely skip this one.

Poltergeist II: The Other Side

Though the performances are still good, and it's great that they got the majority of the original actors back, the film is just a rip-off of its predecessor. When it actually comes up with original ideas, they aren't interesting enough. The film is just too uninteresting and uncreative. Definitely skip it.

Poltergeist
Poltergeist(1982)

Poltergeist is filled with scares, great special effects, and good performances from both the adults and the children. Though it's definitely too extreme for a PG-rated movie, this film still earns a recommendation from me.

Insidious
Insidious(2011)
½

Seems too much like a rip-off of The Amityville Horror, and that film wasn't very good to start with. Though Insidious has some scares, it doesn't provide anything unique that hasn't already been seen before. Skip it.

Source Code
Source Code(2011)
½

A very well-made thriller. Jake G. is terrific in this film, and I don't think I've ever seen him act so well in a movie since Donnie Darko. The special effects are well-done, and the plot moves along at a terrific pace. Definitely worth watching.

Everest
Everest(1998)
½

Easily the best IMAX movie ever made. Incredible visuals, a terrific true story, and some great narration from Liam Neeson all make this film worth seeing. Very highly recommended.

Another 48 Hrs.
½

Just isn't quite as funny nor as intelligent as the first film. Eddie Murphy and Nick Nolte are both still great, but that still can't save the film from being as bad as it is. Skip it.

48 HRS
48 HRS(1982)

A terrific comedy. Eddie Murphy and Nick Nolte make the perfect duo, and the plot is surprisingly well thought-out, especially for a comedy. Highly recommended.

Maniac
Maniac(1980)

Absolute garbage. Maniac is your standard 80's slasher trash that fails to provide a unique plot and good characters. This is one you should certainly skip, it's one of the worst horror films I've ever seen.

Daylight
Daylight(1996)

Thought it's entertaining and thrilling, Daylight fails to provide strong, likeable characters. The plot also moves quite slow. Skip it.

Death Wish II

Some of the action scenes are well done, especially the scene in the park, but, other than that and Bronson's performance, this film is too mindless, and it doesn't pack the punch the first film did. Skip it.

Limitless
Limitless(2011)

The plot seems more fit for a TV miniseries, and Robert De Niro's character doesn't have a big impact on the story, but Limitless uses CGI well to show what's going on inside the character's head, and the performance by Cooper is also very good. Definitely deserves a rental.

Sucker Punch
Sucker Punch(2011)
½

This is the first time I haven't cared about a plot yet still had a terrific time. Sucker Punch is visually impressive, filled with great action sequences, and is, overall, very fun to watch. Recommended.

The Boy in the Striped Pajamas (The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas)
½

Terrific child actors, an incredibly well-written story, and a shocking ending all make this film one that you won't forget anytime soon. Very highly recommended.

Masters of the Universe 2: Cyborg

Another bland JCVD action film, only this time it's in disguise as a sci-fi thriller. Boring action sequences don't help, either. Cyborg is just as stupid and unnecessary as all of the other JCVD movies. Skip it.

Kickboxer
Kickboxer(1989)

Another basic JCVD action movie. Same plot, same cardboard cutout characters, same average fight sequences. Skip this one, go with something else.

The Last Airbender

I was very excited for this movie, and I was very disappointed. Many people know that I loved the Avatar TV series. It's sad that Shyamalan ruined this series. Too serious, same old plot, and horrible 3D makes this another action movie with too much of an emphasis on special effects, and another Shyamalan failure.

Song of the South

A terrific story blended with incredible and hilarious animated sequences makes Song of the South an animated/live-action classic that Disney is, unfortunately, ashamed of. This film must be released on home video, as it's one of the greatest films I've ever seen. It receives my highest recommendation.

Battle: Los Angeles

Typical story, bland characters, and endless shaky cam. The film is a lot like Revenge of the Fallen, with a big focus on action and little focus on everything else. Battle: LA is a stupid movie. Definitely skip it.

Bloodsport
Bloodsport(1988)

Predictable, boring, and cliche. Bloodsport isn't very unique, nor is it very intelligent. JCVD is okay here, but everyone else doesn't seem very interested in what's going on. Definitely skip it.

Chasing Amy
Chasing Amy(1997)
½

Very funny and very intelligent. The relationship between the two main characters is very believable, but also, at the same time, not average. Definitely one of the best of the View Askew films. Very highly recommended.

Gnomeo and Juliet

This is one of the most cliched movies I've ever seen in my entire life. Not a single thing about it was original. It has an average premise, but that's all I can find good about it. Definitely skip it.

Dances With Wolves

The plot seems unoriginal nowadays, and there are way too many unnecessary scenes. However, the film is still a good watch, and it comes recommended for a rental.

Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker

Another great animated Batman movie. The plot and script are both terrific, and the voice acting is just as good as ever. Highly recommended.

Halloween
Halloween(1978)

Lots of suspense and great acting. Why aren't horror films made like this today?

Unknown
Unknown(2011)
½

Lots of twists and some great action sequences. Liam is great as always. Though the ending may be reminiscent of the Bourne series, and the supporting cast only does a so-so job, this movie still comes recommended.

Grindhouse
Grindhouse(2007)
½

Both films are very well made. The trailers are funny, the performances from the cast are terrifically terrible, and the dialouge in Death Proof is very well-written. Definitely a must-see.

Santa Claus Conquers the Martians

An odd movie. The plot and storyline themselves are both quite poor. Santa fighting martians isn't exactly what I call holiday spirit. Definitely skip it.

Superman
Superman(1978)

Great special effects, wonderful acting, and a good plot. Altogether, this is one movie not to be missed.

The Eagle
The Eagle(2011)

The plot and the script were both average, but the performances by the actors in this movie, especially the lead role's, all felt stale and mediocre. Skip it.

Clerks II
Clerks II(2006)
½

Surprisingly, I found this sequel to Clerks to be even better than the original. It's funnier, the character development is much improved, and the performances are as great as always. Very highly recommended.

Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back
½

Hilarious movie worth checking out. People who aren't familiar with the other Kevin Smith movies should probably watch those first, but, otherwise, this movie comes recommended.

Dogma
Dogma(1999)

It's mostly funny, and the characters and the performances were both much better this time around. However, the film isn't for everyone. I myself don't care for religion, but I'm sure that this film can offend various religions. Still, that's just Kevin Smith's humor. Recommended for a rental.

Mallrats
Mallrats(1995)

Unfortunately, it's rarely funny. Comparing this to Clerks, there isn't much to enjoy about this movie. The characters aren't as interesting, and the higher-budget jokes just don't work. Skip it.

Clerks
Clerks(1994)
½

Clerks is absolutely hilarious. It's characters are likable, the performances were pretty good, and the film is surprisingly very moving. Very highly recommended.

Joe's Apartment
½

A mixed reaction on this one. It's fun, entertaining, and interest-keeping. However, the human performances weren't very good, and the film seemed to be very rushed (The movie is only about 80 minutes long). It's OK, but it definitely could've been better. Mediocre.

Monkey Shines: An Experiment in Fear

It takes too long to get going, the characters are flat, and, to be honest, it was quite boring. An unfortunate mistake from one of my favorite directors. Skip it entirely.

Tales from the Darkside: The Movie
½

A well-made horror anthology film. Though not as good as the TV series it's based on, it's still a good film on its own. Recommended for a watch.

Creepshow 3
Creepshow 3(2006)

A near-abysmal horror anthology film that is nowhere near up to the standards of the first or even the second film. Definitely skip it.

Creepshow 2
Creepshow 2(1987)
½

Sadly not as funny nor as scary as the great first film. It has a few good moments, but trust me when I say that there aren't very many. Skip it.

Creepshow
Creepshow(1982)

Hilarious and scary at the same time, Creepshow is a well-made horror anthology from filmmakers George A. Romero and Stephen King.

Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves
½

Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves is definitely entertaining, but Kevin Costner still can't act very well, and the film seems a bit too dark at times. Still, the film is a good watch. Recommended.

True Grit
True Grit(2010)

I was amazed. This remake is probably one of the first times in history where the remake gets better reviews than the original. Oddly enough, I completely agree with the reviewers. This is a perfect western, and a perfect remake. The performances from the cast were all terrific, and the story is just as great as ever. Definitely see it. It receives my highest recommendation.

Psycho
Psycho(1998)

This remake teaches us one thing, and that is not to fully capture the same thing as the original only with different actors. Skip it, and see the original instead.

Nowhere Boy
Nowhere Boy(2010)

A good insight into John Lennon's life, but I honestly thought the advertising was way off, and there wasn't enough information on the music of John Lennon and the Beatles. Recommended, but only for a rental.

Aqua Teen Hunger Force Colon Movie Film for Theaters
½

Fans will probably enjoy this, but I just thought the movie wasn't that funny. The premise is interesting, but it really should have stayed on TV and not on the big screen. Skip it.

Stagecoach
Stagecoach(1939)

An extremely well-made western film with lots of action and terrific performances by the entire cast, especially John Wayne. John Ford's directing is great too. This film receives my highest recommendation.

Waterworld
Waterworld(1995)
½

I'm sorry for all the haters out there, but I loved this movie. Though the performances were only mediocre, the action sequences are very well done, and the movie is definitely a technical achievement that deserves much more appreciation. Very highly recommended.

Black Swan
Black Swan(2010)

An incredible movie with a plot that sucks the viewers in, incredible visuals, and terrific performances from the entire cast. One of the best movies of 2010. Definitely receives my highest recommendation.

Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem (AVP 2)

Suprisingly worse than the first Alien Vs. Predator film. Well, at least it's not Alien: Resurrection. The added gore doesn't work, and the action scenes aren't well done at all. Skip it.

AVP - Alien Vs. Predator

A weird crossover film with lots of action, but there isn't any scares. After all, the Alien is in the movie, so shouldn't there be some sort of scary scene? Recommended for a rental for fans of Alien and Predator films.

Alien Resurrection

The Alien series is really boring by this point. Basically, it's the same film.

The Green Hornet
½

Funny, action-packed, and filled with good performances from Seth Rogan, Cameron Diaz, and especially Jay Chou, who I thought was absolutely terrific in this movie as Kato. Though it had a few too many sudden tone changes from dark action to comedy and the plot seemed to be all over the place, this film still comes recommended.

Alien3
Alien3(1992)
½

It has some good scary moments, but overall the film suffers with a bad story and has too much of the same stuff.

I Am Omega
I Am Omega(2007)

The Asylum never ceases to amaze me with their tremendously bad rip-offs. While they have had 1 or 2 creative films in the past, this film is definitely not one of them, taking tons of material directly from I Am Legend. Stay far away from this movie, as it is one of the worst films of all time, and it receives my lowest recommendation.

Mystery Science Theater 3000: The Movie

I know lots of people thought the TV show was extremely funny, but when I saw this movie, I wasn't laughing that much. I do give much credit to it's premise, though. Overall, an OK film. Recommended to fans of the series.

Miracle on 34th Street
½

Along with It's A Wonderful Life, this film is one of my holiday favorites. Terrific performances and a great story/script make this movie definitely worth watching. Very highly recommended.

The Street with No Name

A standard 40's-era crime drama with nothing really unique to make it worth watching. If you're a fan of classic crime, then you might enjoy this. Otherwise, skip it.

Charly
Charly(1968)
½

A terrific performance from Cliff Robertson saves the movie from being anything lower than it is, and it's what makes the movie worth seeing. Recommended.

Tron Legacy
Tron Legacy(2010)
½

An incredible sci-fi movie. Terrific special effects, a great story, and some surprisingly good performances. Plus, the 3D actually looked great. Very highly recommended.

Skyline
Skyline(2010)

Great special effects. That's all that really could possibly make this movie worthwhile. The rest of the movie is just standard stuff we've seen before with films such as Independence Day. Definitely skip it.

Starship Troopers

Surprisingly boring (reminded me of Transformers 2), mediocre acting, incredible special effects, some good comedy, and a repeatative plot make up this movie. I loved Paul's RoboCop and Total Recall, but this film doesn't pack as much punch as those two did. Skip it.

Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix
½

It's got too much dialogue and not enough action. Probobly the worst in the Harry Potter series.

Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets
½

Lots of interesting characters and more suspense than the first, this is probobly the best film in the series.

The Grinch Grinches the Cat in the Hat
½

Definitely a strange tale of two famous Seuss characters colliding. It's a very original story, and it's done pretty well. Try renting it sometime.

Vice Squad
Vice Squad(1982)

Terribly outdated, uninteresting, and poorly acted. Though I like the premise of showing a (mostly) true, gritty story of the Hollywood Vice Squad, I thought it was presented poorly here. Look elsewhere and skip this dud.

Crank
Crank(2006)

A very fun action movie. It's weird and sometimes stupid, but that just adds to the fun. Jason Statham is great as well. Definitely see it.

Revolt of the Zombies
½

A fun zombie movie. True, it's nowhere near to being as good as the classic White Zombie, but it's still a good watch. Recommended.

Terror Train
Terror Train(1980)

Though the setting is unique, and Jamie Lee Curtis is always great, the film is still, simply, a standard slasher film. Skip it.

White Zombie
White Zombie(1932)

A classic zombie movie. Stands alongside Night of the Living Dead and Dawn of the Dead. Bela Lugosi is terrific. Definitely a must-see. It receives my highest recommendation.

The Amityville Curse

Not scary, not enjoyable. Once again, the acting was terrible, the special effects were awful, and the premise, at this point, is far from original. Skip all of the Amityville movies.

Amityville: The Demon

The 3D effects are terrible, especially since MGM hasn't released a 3D version of this film yet. The acting was horrible, the special effects were far from good, and, overall, this is just as bad as any Amityville movie can get.

Robocop 2
Robocop 2(1990)
½

Special effects, the action, the acting, and the "news breaks" are great. The kid villian was not.

RoboCop
RoboCop(1987)

Awesome movie. Great action and gore, great for all action fans.

Bowery at Midnight

Enjoyable crime drama. The DVD cover of my copy of the film is very misleading, but, other than that, it was a pretty good movie. Bela is terrific. Recommended for a free watch online.

Amityville II: The Possession

Uninteresting, not scary, and not the least bit enjoyable or exciting. Amityville II is a terrible movie, and it was just the beginning of the many sequels to come.

Child's Play 3
½

Unnecessary and not as exciting. After three movies, Chucky just isn't as scary this time around. We know his tricks, and there aren't any new ones this time around. Unless you were a big fan of the first two, skip this one.

Child's Play 2
½

An enjoyable and exciting sequel. It's scary, fun, and, overall, a good sequel to the original. I recommend it for anyone who enjoyed the first Child's Play.

Child's Play
Child's Play(1988)

Scary and exciting, just what a horror film needs to be. Chucky is an interesting and frightening character, and he really makes the movie even more worthwhile. Definitely see it.

The Amityville Horror
½

Definitely very creepy, weird, and interesting, but also not very scary. If you're a fan of this kind of stuff, try it out. If not, you might as well skip it.

Paranormal Activity 2
½

Just as good as the first film, though that's not saying very much. It's scary, enjoyable, and worth a watch. Paranormal Activity 2 comes recommended.

My Soul to Take

The 3D is pointless, and the film is overall not unique, very uninteresting, and, surprisingly, boring and uninteresting. It's one of the worst horror/thriller films I've ever seen, and it deserves my lowest recommendation.

The Social Network

Definitely an Oscar nominee for best picture. Emotionally gripping, funny, and inspiring all at the same time. The Social Network receives my highest recommendation.

King Kong Lives

Horrendously bad. The special effects are awful, the acting is bad, and the plot is absolutely ridiculous. One of the worst films I've ever seen. It receives my lowest recommendation.

King Kong
King Kong(1976)
½

Even though it takes out some of the greatest scenes from the original, it has it's own unique feel. Better than Kong 05, but definitely not better than the classic 30's Kong.

Shock Treatment
½

Like it's predecessor, I can't possibly get into the mood of this film. Not only that, but it just doesn't compare to the first film overall. Definitely skip it.

The Rocky Horror Picture Show

Throughout the film, I could never get into the mood/atmosphere it was trying to set. Many like this film, but I, however, do not. Skip it.

Frozen
Frozen(2010)

One of the most thrilling films in years, and one of the best horror/thriller films of all time, and probably the most underrated film of all time, too. The characters are very likable, the acting is superb, the plot is great, and the atmosphere and cinematography are both perfect. Outstanding film. It receives my highest recommendation.

Commando
Commando(1985)

It may be stupid, but that's the fun of it. Commando is one of the best action movies I've ever seen, and it rightfully deserves to be. Very highly recommended.

Hercules in New York

A fun little film featuring the debut of Arnold. It's funny, enjoyable, and is great for a rental or a free watch online. Mild recommendation.

Case 39
Case 39(2010)

Not only is this film unoriginal, but it's also predictable, scareless, and, suprisingly, boring. Skip Case 39, see The Social Network instead.

Rocky III
Rocky III(1982)

*SPOILERS AHEAD!* This Rocky movie, sadly, starts to follow the same basic sports movie formula. Rocky is challenged, he trains, he fights, he wins. There is, sadly, nothing unique about this film, unlike the first two. Still, it can be a fun movie to watch, so I recommend this film for a rental.

Rocky IV
Rocky IV(1985)

The villain is ridiculous, the plot is predictable and boring, and half the time I felt like I was watching 80's MTV. Even though the acting was still great, it isn't enough to recommend this movie. Skip it.

Rocky V
Rocky V(1990)
½

Perhaps I was a bit too harsh on this film the first time around. Rocky V is a unique entry in the Rocky series, separating itself from the standard Rocky/sports movie formula. It's a fun movie to watch, too, and it comes recommended.

Ed Wood
Ed Wood(1994)

It's a fantastic movie. The acting is terrific, and the plot is great. Even though some of the people in the story went a bit out-of-character at some points, it's still a fantastic movie. It comes very highly recommended.

The Alligator People
½

Good, cheesy 50's fun. I enjoyed watching this movie. It had an interesting plot (at least for it's time), and the acting was suprisingly decent. Recommended.

Machete
Machete(2010)
½

A fun, campy action movie. Danny Trejo was great, and so was everyone else in this film. Machete is worth a watch. Recommended.

Death Wish V: The Face of Death

The worst of the series. The action was boring, the plot was uninteresting, and Bronson acts as though he doesn't care where the story goes. Watch Death Wish, stay away from Death Wish V.

Death Wish 4: The Crackdown

Though it's plot is a bit different this time around, the action is worse, and there seems to be a lot more of it this time around, with only one dramatic scene. Terrible special effects don't really help, either. Skip Death Wish 4.

Death Wish 3
Death Wish 3(1985)
½

Though it's better than Death Wish 2, and, to be honest, it was quite fun to watch, the film still seemed to be just a standard action film, unlike the first. A mediocre film, though the best of all the sequels.

Death Wish
Death Wish(1974)
½

A solid 70's action film. Though the plot is not very unique nowadays, it was quite unique back when it first released. The film shows the evolution of a vigilante, which is terrific, though, near the end of the film, the violence becomes mindless, and the ending is bittersweet. Still, this film is recommended.

Resident Evil: Afterlife
½

The film, visually, is terrific. However, the plot is mediocre, the acting is cheesy, and the script was poorly written. Skip it.

MacGruber
MacGruber(2010)

Hilarious action movie, and very good for an SNL film. I enjoyed it, and I was disappointed that it flopped. Highly recommended.

Transmorphers

Transmorphers is loaded with awful special effects, and about a dozen rip-offs. Awful acting also plagues this movie. Skip this, and go see the films this movie is trying to copy.

Vampires Suck

Once again we have another reason why spoof films don't work anymore. They just aren't funny, and they just keep coming year after year. Stop watching these films, otherwise we may be forsaken to constantly watch these things for many years to come.

Turtles Forever
½

4Kids has never seemed to do a good job at anything, but this time they did good. Turtles Forever is a lot of fun, has the visual style of many of the different TMNT incarnations, and, overall, is very fun to watch. Recommended.

Star Trek III - The Search for Spock
½

A great cast with strong performences. A wonderful entry in the Star Trek movie series.

Star Trek: The Motion Picture

Even though it has tremendous special effects, Star Trek: The Motion Picture falls flat on it's face with too much dialouge, a bad story, and completely boring overall.

Piranha Part Two: The Spawning

Flying piranhas makes no sense. At all. Out of all of James Cameron's ideas, including the Terminator and the world of Pandora, this comes up. Absolutely horrible.

Piranha
Piranha(1978)
½

A pretty good B-movie. I like how it rips-off Jaws yet spoofs it at the same time. It's terrific, and should be seen. Recommended.

Frosty Returns

Nowhere near to the greatness of the original animated classic. This film decides to be much more little kid aimed instead of aimed at the entire family. Skip it.

The Expendables
½

Quite possibly the best action film since the 80s. The casting is terrific, the acting is cheesy, which is what makes it great, and the action sequences are very well-done. Very highly recommended.

The Other Guys
½

Funny and enjoyable, and that's all that really matters for a comedy film. Suprisingly, it also had a pretty good plot. Recommended.

Frankenweenie

A very good short film. Sad that Disney Pictures didn't entirely like it, because it's a great short that doesn't get enough attention. Highly recommended.

Dinner for Schmucks
½

Take it as just you standard comedy film and not how it compares to the source material, and you'll have a good time with this movie. Very funny. Recommended.

Death Race 2000
½

Mindlessly violent and quite cheesy, but still a fun, yet fairly campy, movie to watch. Death Race 2000 comes recommended.

Gone With the Wind

Absolutely terrific. Though not the greatest movie of all time, it can definitely be listed up with the best. Gone With the Wind receives my highest recommendation.

The Terminators

This film must be destroyed at all costs. The Asylum can make fairly good movies by actually coming up with creative ideas themselves (For example, in my opinion, Mega Shark Vs. Giant Octopus), but when they take other people's ideas, they cant seem to even do THAT well. Burn this film, and watch the actual Terminator films instead.

The Sorcerer's Apprentice

One of the worst movies of 2010. The actors don't seem very interested in where the plot is going, probably because the plot is very dull, the CGI effects overcome story and plot, and, overall, it's a terrible movie. Stay away from this one, watch Inception instead.

Cats & Dogs
Cats & Dogs(2001)
½

Great for kids, but not so much for anyone else. Sure, the special effects are good, and the premise is actually pretty interesting, but, other than that, there isn't much else very good or entertaining about this film. Skip it.

The Powerpuff Girls - The Movie
½

You might as well be watching the TV show, because this movie doesn't really have anything special in it that you wouldn't find in a normal episode of the show. Skip it.

Salt
Salt(2010)
½

If you can get past all of it's flaws, Salt is a fun action thriller movie with a great plot, various twists, and some pretty good performances. Recommended.

Superman: Doomsday

An over-plotted story, horrible voice acting, mediocre animation, and too much focus on Lois and Superman's relationship instead of the action scenes makes this movie a flop.

Day of the Dead 2: Contagium

Does not deserve the title of Day of the Dead. This film has nothing to do with Romero's classic film. The acting is horrible, the zombies are too standard, and the film doesn't try anything that hasn't already been tried before. Watch the original films, and skip this one.

Cool Runnings

Entertaining enough. Funny at parts, good for kids, and some pretty good performances makes this film recommended for a rental.

Crocodile Dundee in Los Angeles

Another horrible Crocodile Dundee film. I wish that the people who made this movie would see the first movie and actually create something off of that instead of making this third entry a family comedy. See the first one, skip the other two.

The Room
The Room(2003)

The Room is horrible. The acting is awful, the film was advertised and described wrong, and the dialogue is terrible. Stay away from this film.

Superman II
Superman II(2006)

The Richard Donner Cut is the true version of Superman II, and it's also the better version. The film feels much more like the first film, the special effects still look great, and the story and dialouge is terrific. Definitely see this version, even if you've already seen the Lester version. It earns my highest recommendation.

The Dark Knight
½

This was way better than I expected. Nice effects, awesome stunts, nice plot. Overall, this is an incredible movie, and you should see it at all costs.

Superman II
Superman II(1981)

It's got everything that made the first film great and more. It's just as good, if not better, than the original.

Crocodile Dundee II

Compared to the first film, this movie is terrible. It isn't funny, it isn't enjoyable, and it isn't very good at all, even if you don't take it as a sequel.

Inception
Inception(2010)

Inception starts out fairly slow, but once the film gets going, it becomes a very exciting action movie. I also liked the ending, and the premise was also very interesting. The story may get confusing at times, but it mostly remains followable. Highly recommended.

Crocodile Dundee

A fun and entertaining film. The acting is terrific, especially by Paul Hogan, and the plot is unique and interesting. Highly recommended.

A Town Called Panic (Panique au village)
½

A terrific stop-motion animated film. Personally, I thought Fantastic Mr. Fox was better, but this film is still a superb piece of animation. Very highly recommended.

The Happening

I liked the sense of fear and confusion in this film, and I also liked the interesting premise. Sadly, the acting is terrible, and the ending was mediocre. Skip it.

Warning Sign
Warning Sign(1985)

A fun disaster thriller film. Though there are better ones out there, it mostly works. The actors seem fairly interested, and the plot is pretty good too. Recommended for a rental.

Christopher Columbus: The Discovery

Awful film. The acting is bad, the screenplay is bad, the directing is bad, and the film is just plain boring. Sad that this was one of the Salkinds' last projects.

Revenge of the Ninja
½

An entertaining action film. The acting was only mediocre, but the action scenes were well-choreographed and were well-done overall. Recommended.

Underdog
Underdog(2007)

Horrible movie. Bad acting, both live acting and voice acting, and a boring story and plot. Stay far away from this film, as it is another kids-only film that adults and teens will most likely hate.

Predators
Predators(2010)
½

A solid action/horror film. The predators are still cool-looking creatures, and the acting was suprisingly not bad. Though the plot wasn't that great, it didn't really matter that much. Recommended.

Enter the Ninja
½

Though it has some good action scenes, especially the opening battle and the final battle, the film has some poor acting, and the plot isn't that great. Skip it.

Gods and Generals

I liked Gettysburg, but this film is absolutely horrible. It's unbearable length and it's sense of being on the side of the Confederates makes this film an absolute bomb.

Gettysburg
Gettysburg(1993)
½

Though the film was long, it's battles scenes were well-made, and the acting was terrific, especially Martin Sheen as Robert E. Lee. Recommended.

The Twilight Saga: Eclipse
½

It actually isn't that bad. I still thought the plot was good, in fact, it was improved even more from it's previous two entries, but I still thought the acting and special effects needed work. If you have to see one of these movies, you should pick this one, though you still shouldn't expect too much from it, as it is still a mediocre film.

The Jackal
The Jackal(1997)

Just plain boring. For some reason, I could barely sit through this film. Maybe because it borrows a lot from other action films. It's just like all the rest, and, in this case, that's a bad thing. Skip this film.

Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief

I actually thought this movie was boring. Though it had a good plot and great acting, there wasn't enough to earn this film a recommendation. Skip it.

Hellraiser - Bloodline

The worst in the theatrical Hellraiser series, and one of the worst horror movies of all time. There was nothing good about this film, just a ton of gore, violence, and killings, which can be good in horror movies if there's a good story to go along with it, like the first Hellraiser film. But, this film does not have a good story, thus it remains a pointless horror film that receives my lowest recommendation.

From Paris with Love
½

A solid action film. John Travolta is great in this film. Anyone who loves action and is looking for a film to watch, this is definitely one to pick up. Recommended.

The Land That Time Forgot

Surprisingly, this film wasn't as bad as The Asylum's other films. Sure, the special effects were horrible, the acting was bad, and the story was only mediocre, but at least it isn't Transmorphers. Good, cheesy fun. Recommended for a rental.

The Lovely Bones
½

The special effects are amazing, just like all of Peter Jackson's films, but the film was very uneven story-wise, and I couldn't tell if it was a horror film, a mystery film, or something else. You have to take into consideration that when I saw an ad for this film, it looked like a horror-mystery film about a little girl who gets murdered and tries to help her family track down the killer from the afterlife. So, when I saw this, I was quite confused as to what it was supposed to be. Also, the film is very slow, and it doesn't move fast enough to be entertaining. Skip it.

Survival of the Dead

I really wanted to like this film, I really did. But, sadly, George Romero isn't as good as he used to be. The "Dead" series should be what the title of the series suggests. Dead. Survival of the Dead is unnecessary, strange, and inferior to the original films. Skip it.

Grown Ups
Grown Ups(2010)

A horrible comedy. Not funny, not interesting, and not very enjoyable in any way. At least the actors tried to be funny with the horrible material they were given. Skip this film, and rent a better comedy instead.

Mega Shark vs. Giant Octopus

Perhaps what made this film entertaining was the cheesy special effects, poor story, and bad acting. Strangely enough, that's what I thought made the film good. I disagree with the critics and the community. This movie is so bad, yet so good in the same way. At least it isn't a rip-off of another film like Asylum usually does. This film is actually fairly creative in it's premise. Recommended for a rental.

Knight & Day
Knight & Day(2010)
½

A fun summer action film. Funny, charming, and clever. Both Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz do terrific performances, and they were both very funny and perfect choices for the roles. Recommended.

Jonah Hex
Jonah Hex(2010)

Short and stupid, and, in this case, that's a bad thing. Josh Brolin does a pretty good performance in some parts of the movie, but that's about it. Out of all of the movies to see in theaters right now, see anything but Jonah Hex.

Hellraiser III: Hell on Earth

Like the second film, this movie is filled with pointless gore, lots of killings, and cheap scares. Again, watch the first film and skip on all of the sequels.

Mickey's House of Villains

I never really enjoyed the House of Mouse TV show, but this film seemed okay. I like the cartoon shorts. Other than that, I think the movie is mostly for fans. Otherwise, maybe you should rent it.

Hellbound: Hellraiser II

Nowhere near to being as good as the original Hellraiser. This film is filled with mindless gore and scares. Skip this film and see the original Hellraiser instead.

Hellraiser
Hellraiser(1987)
½

Strange, gory, and scary, but also weirdly entertaining. If you're into horror, you'll definitely enjoy this film. Recommended.

Epic Movie
Epic Movie(2007)

Epic Movie isn't funny, enjoyable, or even near to being entertaining. It's boring, stupid, and at points annoying. One of the worst comedies I've ever seen, and also one of the worst movies I've ever seen. It recieves my lowest recommendation.

Toy Story 3
Toy Story 3(2010)

Too dark and too overplotted, but still very fun, Toy Story 3 is a good film for the family, but still the weakest entry in the series. Now, please put your hate comments below. Highly recommended, but try not to see it in 3D, as it is pointless and a total waste of money.

Equilibrium
Equilibrium(2002)
½

While the gun fights were very impressive, I could definitely see various plot holes and many things barrowed from other sci-fi movies. Mediocre.

The War of the Worlds

Another classic 50's sci-fi film, and one of the greatest sci-fi films of all time, as well. The War of the Worlds is a perfect film, and it receives my highest recommendation.

War of the Worlds

I always thought H.G. Wells' War of the Worlds story was brilliant and absolutely perfect. This movie may not be as good as the classic 50's movie, but it's definitely a very fun action flick, and still true to the original novel. Highly recommended.

The Karate Kid
½

Suprisingly, this movie was actually good. Jaden Smith may not have been the perfect actor for this role, in fact he might not be ready for acting at all, but he still did a fairly good job. Jackie Chan stole the show for me, and was a very good choice by the casting department for the role. Recommended.

Killers
Killers(2010)

An absolutely horrible movie. Ashton Kutcher didn't seem like the best actor for this role, and Katherine Heigl doesn't do a very good performance, either. Skip this movie entirely.

Pokemon Heroes

The series isn't going anywhere from here. Pokemon fans might enjoy it, but everyone else will hate this movie. A terrible film.

Michael Jackson - Moonwalker

This film has some great videos, but it makes no sense. Only for MJ fans.

The A-Team
The A-Team(2010)

It's your standard action flick, which is both a bad thing and a good thing. However, there is one thing that I liked about this film that separates this film from most action films, and that is the plot, which is why I give this film a recommendation for a rental.

Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time

This film is definitely better than most video game movies, but the film dragged on a bit too long, and it climaxed a bit too early. But, it's enjoyable enough, making the film recommended for a rental.

Street Fighter Zero (Street Fighter Alpha)

Street Fighter Alpha is no Street Fighter II, but it's got lots of great action scenes and lots of good animation. If you like anime, you'll probably like this.

Street Fighter Alpha - Generations

If you're looking for a short film that's loaded with action and some good animation, this film is just for you.

Captain America

The film is action-packed and fun, but it's very cheesy and the dialouge is stupid. Recommended for anyone who's interested.

Beverly Hills Cop III
½

A huge failure compared to the first films in the series, and a pretty bad film by itself, Beverly Hills Cop III is a big disappointment, and a very bad action comedy. Skip it.

Beverly Hills Cop II

Definitely not as good as the original Beverly Hills Cop, but it's still a pretty good action comedy. Recommended for a rental.

Beverly Hills Cop
½

Eddie Murphy's greatest movie. This film is funny, action-packed, and very enjoyable. Beverly Hills Cop comes very highly recommended.

Shrek Forever After
½

Not better or worse than Shrek the Third, but that's not entirely a good thing. DreamWorks, the Shrek series was ruined with Shrek the Third. Stop trying to make it better. Just like with Shrek the Third, there is a laugh or two here and there, but it isn't enough to gain a recommendation. Skip it.

Robin Hood
Robin Hood(2010)
½

I'm probably being too easy on this film, since I have liked Ridley Scott's other works, but I found this film to be very enjoyable. All the actors do terrific performances, and the action is put together well enough to earn a recommendation.

Batman Gotham Knight

An action-packed anime that will make you chill. It was great. The only thing bad about it is that it's a bit too short.

The Great Train Robbery

What makes this movie work is that it was one of the first films that actually had a plot. The final scene is always remembered by me. A classic. It recieves my highest recommendation.

Street Fighter II: The Animated Movie
½

Wonderful adult action film. It's definetely not for kids, but it's filled with action and great music. A truly great movie. THIS is how films based on video games should be made!

The Tigger Movie
½

Second best. The animation is outdated, but, other than that, it was a very charming kids film. Definitely one to watch with the family. Recommended.

Iron Man 2
Iron Man 2(2010)

Iron Man 2 just isn't as good as the original, and is quite a dissapointment for me. The film felt like it was more focused on Tony Stark than Iron Man, it felt more like a huge action movie instead of a well-written film like the first Iron Man, and the script wasn't as funny or as clever as the original film. However, if you don't care about anything I just said there, you should try it out. Recommended for a rental.

Godzilla 1985

The American version of this film is not as good as the Japanese cut. Skip this unless you are a big Godzilla fan.

Harry Brown
Harry Brown(2010)

No doubt about it, this is probably Michael Caine's greatest performance. The film itself is also pretty good too. Though the story is nothing special, everything else is superb. Highly recommended.

Furry Vengeance

This film is absolutely horrible. It's one of the worst comedies ever made, and was simply made for money. I can't find anything good about this film. It receives my lowest recommendation.

A Nightmare on Elm Street

Compared to some of the other Elm Street films, it isn't that bad. But, as a film itself, it's a horrible horror movie. It was somewhat scary, but not scary enough for me. Another bad movie from Michael Bay. Skip it.

The Losers
The Losers(2010)
½

The film was a fun ride with characters that I actually liked (That's something new for action movies). If you like action movies, you'll love The Losers. If you don't like action movies, then... well.... you wouldn't be reading this review in the first place. Recommended.

Mosura tai Gojira (Mothra vs. Godzilla)

Awesome movie with lots of great action scenes. A very worthy sequel.

Hot Tub Time Machine

It's funny, and the casting is perfect, but the film was a bit too disgusting at parts. Still, it's funny enough to earn a recommendation for a rental.

The Jetsons
The Jetsons(1990)
½

Great classic-like animation, and a nice retro style. A fun movie for the family, even though it could've been slightly better. Recommended.

How to Train Your Dragon

The animation is great, the story is superb, and is perfect for the entire family. I still don't like 3D, though. Highly recommended.

Clash of the Titans
½

Yet another action blockbuster with incredible special effects, a horrible script, poor acting, and various other things you'd expect to find in a usual action film. If you are looking for just the usual stuff, you may find this movie to be better than what I thought. Otherwise, skip it.

Date Night
Date Night(2010)
½

Date Night is funny, action-packed, and enjoyable. Though the film dragged on a bit near the end, the rest of the film had lots of hilarious moments. Plus, Steve Carrel and Tina Fey both do terrific performances. Just don't expect too much from the film, and you'll enjoy it. Recommended.

Supergirl
Supergirl(1984)

I never thought it could be any worse than Superman IV: The Quest for Peace, but it was. Supergirl is extremely cheesy, and is actually quite boring. I didn't care for the story at all, and, throughout the entire movie, I wanted to watch the original Christopher Reeve films instead of a lame spin-off. Skip this abomination.

The Bounty Hunter

Though it's premise is interesting, the rest of the film is just a flop. It isn't funny, exciting, or interesting. Skip this movie.

Green Zone
Green Zone(2010)
½

Though there are quite a few things from the Bourne films that makes this film shine, deep inside it's still a mindless action film. Recommended for a rental.

Diary of a Wimpy Kid

Diary of A Wimpy Kid did not succeed at what it was aimed for. Mostly, the jokes were hit or miss. Most of the time, the jokes were miss. The book was better, by the way. Skip it.

Alice in Wonderland
½

Definitely pure eye candy. Very fun to watch. However, I still think the classic animated film is better. Still, a pretty good film from Tim Burton. Recommended.

Roots
Roots(1977)

This has to be seen by everyone. It's a terrific piece of television history with an amazing story and great acting by the entire cast. Again, a must-see.

Downfall (Der Untergang)

An incredible movie, and one of the best I've ever seen. It's incredible to see how Hitler fell from rule. This film must be seen.

Dumb and Dumber
½

A mediocre comedy film. Both the lead stars did a good job, but it couldn't save the film. Still, it made me laugh every once in a while.

Dumb and Dumberer: When Harry Met Lloyd

Wow. Nowhere near to being the mediocrity that was Dumb and Dumber, but, in this case, that's not a good thing. This film is nowhere near to being funny, and is one of the worst comedies of all time, but definitely not one of the worst films of all time, as I've seen worse.

The Book of Eli

There are lots of good and bad things found in The Book of Eli, but I did think the stylish action was pretty good, and I also thought the special effects looked pretty good too. Recommended for a rental.

The Tooth Fairy

It's true. Dwayne Johnson isn't an actor. He fails in almost all departments. I will never know why this film made it to theaters. Don't see this one. Ever.

End of Days
End of Days(1999)

Yes, the plot is stupid. Yes, it's a bit over-violent. Yes, most of the actors failed. But, you know what? I liked it. It was so stupid, that it was pretty good, and reminded me of Commando in it's way of showing off all action cliches imaginable, but in a funny way. But, it still has many of the problems I mentioned above. Recommended for a rental, ONLY if you're ready for the constant cliches.

The Invention of Lying
½

Well, most of the film was pretty funny, and it had a very interesting premise that works through most of the film. Recommended.

Rising Sun
Rising Sun(1993)

I never thought Wesley Snipes was a good actor, and it really shows in this film. The film is pretty action-packed, but I just wasn't entertained enough. Skip it.

Mary Poppins
Mary Poppins(1964)

A classic Disney film with an interesting story and superb acting. This is definitely a must-see, and if you haven't seen it yet, then shame on you.

Junior
Junior(1994)

Not funny and extremely boring. The premise isn't very interesting. Instead, it's actually kinda creepy. Don't watch this film, you'll regret it if you do.

The Hangover
The Hangover(2009)
½

One of the best comedies, if not the best one, of 2009. It was funny, it had good characters, and the actors did terrific performances. Very highly recommended.

District B13 (Banlieue 13)

This film is so crazy, which is why I enjoyed it so much. The action is top-notch, which is exactly what the filmmakers were trying to do. Highly recommended.

Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel

This film is incredibly bad. I don't know why everyone thinks the chipmunks are "cute", because they really aren't. The film falls flat on it's face when it attempts to do comedy. It's not a film worth seeing, or even mentioning.

Alvin and the Chipmunks

Alvin and the Chipmunks shouldn't be watched. The humor isn't funny, and the film seems aimed for children and no one else. Skip it.

Elf
Elf(2003)
½

Even though none of the characters are interesting (except for Will Ferrel's character, of course), and the film is a bit too cheesy at points, the film is still an entertaining holiday film. Recommended.

Sherlock Holmes

Even though there are some pointless action scenes, the film is still entertaining, and it has an ending you'd never expect. Highly recommended.

The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King
½

The ending wasn't that great, and it's the worst of the three films, but it's still a good movie that comes recommended.

The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers
½

Better than the first. Better action sequences, not as repetitive, and does lots in it's long running time. Very highly recommended.

The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring

It's a bit too long, sometimes repetitive, and leaves out some parts from the book, but it's still an entertaining movie that comes highly recommended.

Public Enemies
½

Sure, it's missing some drama that would've made the film better, but it's still a good action gangster flick that comes recommended.

Inglourious Basterds

The movie is a bit too long, and it's a definitely not a film to watch when you have a stomach-ache (especially because of the gore), but the film is still action-packed and fun to watch. Highly recommended.

Iron Will
Iron Will(1994)

Iron Will is fun, emotionally moving, inspiring, suspensful, and, most important of all, a great movie. Iron Will comes highly recommended.

State of Play

State of Play has lots of interesting twists and great performances from a great cast. Though it would've been neat if you didn't know who the killer was, it's still a great film that comes highly recommended.

Silent Hill
Silent Hill(2006)

Better than most video game films, but still not what it could've been. It has lots of great stuff in it, but, sadly, it's very cheesy. Skip it.

Angels & Demons

This film basically has the same exact problems of the first film, so, if you didn't like the first film, don't take your chances with this one. Skip it.

The Princess and the Frog

After watching an early viewing of this film, and a few other movies, I've noticed that this is a great Disney animated film that comes as a surprise for me. Disney has finally been able to return to their original style of animation. There are a few flaws here and there, but, overall, this film comes highly recommended.

Make Mine Music
½

If you're searching for some good music and some good animation, Make Mine Music is just for you. But, if you're looking for a fantastic Disney classic, then this certainly is not the film you're looking for (that film would be Fantasia). But, it's still a pretty fun movie, and it comes recommended.

Wing Commander

A terrible movie. Yet ANOTHER example of why movies based on video games just don't work. Never see this movie unless you are forced to.

The Goods: Live Hard, Sell Hard

Most of the film can't live up to the film's funny plot. You may or may not laugh during The Goods. I, myself, wasn't laughing that much. Skip it.

Knowing
Knowing(2009)

Knowing is more than just your average science fiction thriller film. It's plot and premise are both very interesting, and they're both executed very well in this film. If you think some parts are weird, that's the point. They're supposed to be that way. Knowing comes highly recommended.

The X-Files: I Want to Believe (The X Files 2)

Though this film may only satisfy fans, and it may displease others, this was still an interesting science fiction film that works well for a rental.

Triumph des Willens (Triumph Of The Will)

An incredible film that shows the true evil of the Nazis, and also shows how real documentaries should be made. An all-time classic. It receives my highest recommendation.

Jumanji
Jumanji(1995)
½

A very fun family film with great special effects, good performances, and interesting events. Jumanji comes recommended.

Zathura
Zathura(2005)

Zathura is good for the kids, and some parents will enjoy it, but it isn't as good as Jumanji, and the characters were dull. But, it can be a good, fun, family film that would work very well as a rental.

The Road
The Road(2009)

The Road is an incredible film. Sure, it's pretty depressing, but it was supposed to be. A great film for both people who haven't even heard of the book, and for fans of the book. Highly recommended.

The X-Files - Fight the Future
½

The X-Files is a brilliant movie, but the film has one serious problem that should've been fixed: if you haven't seen any episodes of The X-Files, you'll feel left out. Still, even with that big problem, the film comes recommended.

Wild Hogs
Wild Hogs(2007)

It's actually pretty funny, and there are lots of fun characters as well. I still don't think it's premise and plot were good though. Recommended for a rental.

Old Dogs
Old Dogs(2009)

Terrible humor insues as Robin Williams and John Travolta star together in a comedy film again. I actually liked Wild Hogs, but I absolutely hated this film. See Fantastic Mr. Fox instead of this.

Jack Frost
Jack Frost(1998)

A terrible movie. The humor seems like it was written by a five-year old, and the acting was just awful. This isn't a Christmas film to be seen at all.

Scary Movie 4

Second worst in the series. These films are no longer funny, and, as we have seen, have not improved. This is an example of why parody movies need to stop. Skip it.

Scary Movie 3

This time I laughed every once in a while, but I still didn't enjoy the film. Luckily, it's better than the second film in the series. Still, I think you should skip it.

Scary Movie 2

Terrible film. Nowhere near to being as funny as the original. Hey, at least it's not as bad as Meet the Spartans or Disaster Movie. Stay away from it.

Scary Movie
Scary Movie(2000)
½

Scary Movie is funny, but flawed in some ways. Yes, it takes a bit TOO much from Scream, but it's still a good comedy that will continue to make you laugh. Recommended.

Rudolph and Frosty: Christmas in July

If this film wasn't so long, I would've enjoyed it more. Still, it was an interesting combination of the two characters. A fun Christmas special. Recommended for a rental.

Frosty's Winter Wonderland/Twas The Night Before Christmas

"Winter Wonderland" is probably the second best Frosty movie. It's a fun film that the family will definitely enjoy watching. Highly recommended.

Legend of Frosty the Snowman
½

Much better than Frosty Returns. This film actually has an interesting story, though it isn't executed as well as one would hope. Still, it's a fun family Christmas movie. Recommended.

Frosty the Snowman
½

Still remains a Christmas classic. Kids will definitely enjoy it, and the adults will have a fun time watching it, too. Very highly recommended.

Precious: Based on the Novel Push by Sapphire

An incredible film. Great, now I have to choose between whole TON of good movies for best of the year. This one will definitely be in my top 3. It's plot is great, and it's executed very well. It recieves my highest recommendation.

Ninja Assassin

Stylish action fun. That's what Ninja Assassin is. Sure, it's way too serious, but that's what I like about this film. Dark, gritty, gory, action-packed, and fun. Highly recommended.

Me and Orson Welles
½

I didn't really like Zac Efron in this film. He just doesn't fit in a film about Orson Welles. But, other than that, it was a pretty good movie. If you don't know much about Orson Welles, then you must see this. Recommended.

Twilight Zone---The Movie
½

Strange, but fascinating. You'll know how weird it is, even if you just see the beginning of the film. I was once a fan of the series. I thought this was a good tribute, but it didn't live up to the amazing TV series. Still, it comes recommended.

It's a Wonderful Life

Probably the best holiday movie ever made. It's story is terrific. This is one movie you won't forget anytime soon. It recieves my highest recommendation.

Fantastic Mr. Fox

The funniest movie I've seen in years. In fact, this is the third 100% film this year, and it ranks up with Up and Star Trek. This movie must be seen. One of the best animated films of all time. It recieves my highest recommmendation.

The Men Who Stare at Goats

A very funny movie. The premise and plot are both very strange, but that's what makes it funny. The actors do a great job as well. Highly recommended.

The Blind Side

The Blind Side is a very heartwarming movie. I enjoyed most of it. Many people may not like it as much, but more will like Sandra's performance and the great plot. Highly recommended.

Blade Runner
Blade Runner(1982)

Better than the theatrical cut, yet still not the original masterpiece it was supposed to be. If you can't find the final cut, however, this is a great replacement. Highly recommended.

The Curious Case of Benjamin Button

An incredible movie. It's too bad Slumdog Millionaire beat it in the Oscars, even though Slumdog was the better film. This is an epic film. A very interesting plot and premise. Fantastic performances to boot. It recieves my highest recommendation.

That Thing You Do!
½

A fun film about a 60s band, but I don't think it's a fantastic film. I did like it enough, however, to give the film a recommendation.

Planet 51
Planet 51(2009)

Other than the "switch-a-round" from aliens going on a human planet to humans going on an alien planet, there isn't anything else much unique about this film. Funny on some parts, but mostly dull. Skip it.

Jackass 2.5
Jackass 2.5(2007)

Just a bunch of deleted scenes from the second film. You can see why they were deleted. Most of the stunts and pranks aren't very funny. Skip it.

Jackass: Number Two

Better than the first film. Funnier and much more insane. If you didn't like the first one, this film won't make you change your mind, but, if you did like the first film, you'll love this one. Highly recommended.

Jackass - The Movie
½

If you get grossed out easily, this film isn't for you. But, if you don't, this is a fun movie with incredibly hilarious stunts. Recommended.

The Twilight Saga: New Moon
½

Worse than the first. Very slow, too dark of a tone, and too long. However, the special effects were better, and the acting was pretty good. But those two things alone can't save this dull movie. Skip it.

Independence Day

A fun action movie that delivers lots of thrills and great special effects. However, if you're expecting more, you won't like this as much. Recommended for a rental.

Galaxy Quest
Galaxy Quest(1999)
½

A very, very impresive spoof of sci-fi films. A great cast also adds to the fun. You really should see this film. You won't regret it. Very highly recommended.

2012
2012(2009)
½

Just plain fun. Ignore all the bad acting and underdeveloped characters. Then, you get a fun disaster flick with great special effects, and it'll be a fun experience. Recommended.

Lawrence of Arabia

A fantastic movie. One of the best I've ever seen. Yes, it's long, but aren't most good movies long? If you ever get the time in the day to see this, you really should. It recieves my highest recommendation.

The Princess and the Cobbler (The Thief and the Cobbler)
½

Man, there are so many cuts of this. I'm just going to review the original version. Not the Miramax or Recobbled versions. It was a pretty good movie, with great animation and good voice acting. Recommended.

Beowulf
Beowulf(2007)

It has great animation and good action scenes, but, other than that, there was nothing really special about the film. Just your usual action/adventure fare. Skip it.

Eight Legged Freaks
½

Fun to watch, and an interesting tribute to classic 50s films. Not Rolland's best film, but still a good one, and it's at least one of his best. Recommended.

Stargate
Stargate(1994)

A very good premise, but the film was executed poorly. A bad cast was the main reason. Another one is that this film is mostly just action, action, action instead of actually developing things. Skip it.

Return to House on Haunted Hill

A disaster. This film doesn't even match up to the remake, and it definitely doesn't match up to what the classic film managed to do. Stay very far away from this film.

House On Haunted Hill
½

A classic horror film. One of Vincent Price's greatest performances. This film had an interesting premise, and it's plot was well done. Very highly recommended.

House on Haunted Hill

Another pointless horror remake. It wasn't needed at all. The acting was bad, and the film wasn't very scary. Skip this film and watch the original instead.

Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs

This film is incredible. It was revolutionary for being the first feature-length film by Disney. It's not my favorite Disney film, but, critically, it's the best. It recieves my highest recommendation.

Piglet's Big Movie

A good film for kids, but I wasn't entertained as much compared to other films in the Winnie the Pooh series. Recommended for a rental.

The Boondock Saints II: All Saints Day

Even dumber than the first. I couldn't believe this movie was even made. It's very unoriginal and too over-the-top. Yet another film to stay away from.

Hancock
Hancock(2008)
½

The first and second acts were good mixes of comedy and action. Sadly, the third act removes all the comedy, and replaces it with bad dramatic action. A mediocre film.

Dracula - Dead and Loving It

Could've been so much better. It's nowhere near to being as good as Mel's other films. The worst of them all. Skip this movie.

Mr. Holland's Opus
½

A terrific movie. One that must be seen. Heartwarming, sad, and funny. Combine that with great music, wonderful acting, and a good plot, and you get a near-masterpiece. Very highly recommended.

Aliens in the Attic

How is this movie supposed to be funny? I never laughed at it at all. It's not a fun family film either, because adults will absolutely hate it. Stay away from this movie.

The Taking of Pelham 1 2 3

Denzel Washington did a great job, but I thought John Travolta could've been better. I also wish the ending wasn't so predictable. Other than that, it's a fun action film. Recommended for a rental.

The Da Vinci Code
½

This really could've worked, but it wasn't thrilling enough or interesting enough to recommend at all. There are lots of good moments, but not enough. Mediocre.

Night of the Living Dead

Worse than the original. MUCH worse than the original. This film introduces nothing new to the story, so you might as well watch the original Night of the Living Dead and skip this one.

Alone in the Dark

Was Uwe Boll even trying with this film? Seriously, he can't possibly make a good movie. This film is no exception. One of the worst films I've ever seen. It recieves my lowest recommendation.

The Shining
The Shining(1980)
½

A very scary film, and a near-masterpiece for Kubrick. It could've been a little bit better, but it's still amazing as it is. Very highly recommended.

The Longest Day

For Veterans Day, I decided to watch this film. It's a terrific movie. Possibly the best D-Day film I've ever seen. It doesn't matter if the film's really long, it's still worth seeing every second of it. Great peroformances by the actors, and the war scenes are very well done. This film recieves my highest recommendation.

Red Sonja
Red Sonja(1985)

The worst in the Conan series. Yes, even worse than Conan the Destroyer. Everyone's performances in this film were terrible. There are lots of "so bad it's good" moments, but not enough to make it recommended at all. Skip it.

Conan the Destroyer
½

Not good. Very cheesy, childish, and not as good as the first film. This film is too gentle when it should be rough like the first. Skip it.

Conan the Barbarian

A great action movie. A good performance by Arnold, and an interesting story. Conan the Barbarian comes highly recommended.

Balto
Balto(1995)
½

Great animation and good characters help make this film an interesting twist on the story of Balto. A good family film. Recommended.

All Dogs Go To Heaven 2
½

Everything that was good about the first film has almost depleted in the second. This is yet another example of why sequels are usually worse than the first. Skip it.

All Dogs Go To Heaven

A very strange film. The animation was very good, but I thought the plot was weird. The voice actors were OK. Recommended for a rental.

Eragon
Eragon(2006)

This film was written by a teenager, and you can see why. The only good thing about this film was the special effects. Nothing else. Stay away from this movie.

Muppets From Space

This film isn't the best or the worst of the Muppets films, but it's still got lots of great characters. Recommended for a rental.

Muppet Treasure Island

Sadly, this is the worst of all of the Muppet films. The characters are still great, and there are a few good moments, but the story wasn't very interesting, and the human actors weren't very good. Overall, skip it.

The Muppet Christmas Carol

A fun Christmas movie with lots of great moments. Plus, it had great voice actors and good characters. This film comes highly recommended.

The Fourth Kind

There are lots of scares in this movie, but I thought the plot and premise had been used many times before, so this wasn't anything new. Also, the acting wasn't so hot, but the special effects were good. Overall, skip it.

Disney's A Christmas Carol
½

I have seen many versions of A Christmas Carol. This one certainly isn't the worst, but it's also nowhere near to being the best. Is it just me, or has Disney made, like, ten Christmas Carol films and cartoons? People will hate me for this, but I only thought this film was mediocre. The 3D wasn't that great, but the animation was pretty good. Performances were good enough. Overall, the most you should do is rent it.

Adam Sandler's Eight Crazy Nights

There are some funny lines, the animation is good, and the voice actors do their job right, but the film is missing holiday spirit, and the characters are very annoying. Skip it.

Shaun of the Dead

Not as great as everyone says it is, but it's still a very funny movie that deserves to be seen. Shaun of the Dead comes highly recommended.

Collateral Damage
½

An action-packed, suspensful film with great special effects and fun action scenes. If you take it as an action film, you'll enjoy this. Recommended.

The Box
The Box(2009)

A pretty suspensful movie. The premise is very interesting. However, after about an hour, the film started to go in a downward spiral. Still, it would make a good rental.

Taken
Taken(2009)

An exciting film filled with action and suspense. It's a fun movie, and there are lots of great performances by the actors. Highly recommended.

The Naked Gun 33 1/3: The Final Insult

Still a pretty funny movie, but it doesn't quite match up to the jokes of the second one and definitely not the first one. Still, it comes recommended for a rental.

The Naked Gun 2 1/2: The Smell of Fear
½

It doesn't have as many laughs, but it's still a pretty funny comedy. If you can find it on TV or you see it in a rental store. Recommended.

The Naked Gun: From the Files of Police Squad!
½

An extremely hilarious film with lots of laughs and great performances. This is a must-see. It comes very highly recommended.

Airplane 2 - The Sequel

This film is nowhere near to being as good as the original. There are a few laughs, but there's nothing really great about this film. Skip it.

Airplane!
Airplane!(1980)

This is one of the funniest and greatest movies of all time. No doubt about it, this film is extremely funny, and started a whole new generation of comedy.

The Golden Compass
½

Great acting, a good plot, and interesting characters. However, the film seemed very boring at points. It could've been much better. A mediocre film.

Son of Frankenstein
½

Son of Frankenstein mostly fails to deliver the entertainment that the first two Frankenstein films had. But, as a film itself, it's an OK movie. Overall, if you're a fan of the first two, maybe you should skip this. Anyone who hasn't seen the first two, well..... what are you waiting for?

Young Frankenstein
½

A truly brilliant comedy. Mel Brooks delivers pure entertainment with lots of laughs, and also gives a great tribute to the classic films. Very highly recommended.

The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning

Mostly the same as the first film, only this time it's a bit more dumber. You can definitely skip out on this one. There is no reason to watch it.

The Texas Chainsaw Massacre
½

Just a whole ton of gore and lots of killings with great special effects which, this time, is a bad thing. It just makes the killings more graphic and unentertaining. Skip it.

A.I. Artificial Intelligence
½

Some of the film was a bit too weird for it's own good, but the rest of the film was still pretty good, even though Speilburg obviously could've done better. Still, it comes recommended.

Ghost Rider
Ghost Rider(2007)

Cage is still a bad actor, and this film feels like a let-down. Instead of keeping the dark atmosphere of the comics, they make the film a PG-13 rated teen film. Skip it.

Underworld: The Rise of the Lycans

The series stops here. It's run out of juice in this prequel, and it seems as though the writers have run out of ideas. Skip it.

Underworld: Evolution

Though it still has it's slick style and it's still action-packed, the film has lost some of the edge the first film had. It's a very good rental, though.

Underworld
Underworld(2003)
½

Great special effects, a good cast, and an interesting slick style makes this film recommended, but only if you can turn your brain off for a while.

Bee Movie
Bee Movie(2007)

A weak film that isn't very funny, has a boring plot, and bad characters. I did like the voice acting and the animation, though. Overall, skip it.

Congo
Congo(1995)
½

The film had some good things going for it, but it falls flat, especially Congo the Talking Ape. That character is very annoying. Overall, skip it.

Predator 2
Predator 2(1990)
½

Though Arnold is missing, the action is almost just as good, and the creature still looks amazing. The film comes recommended.

Predator
Predator(1987)

A suspensful action film with great special effects, a cool looking creature, and, overall, a film that comes highly recommended.

The Green Mile
½

Though it's very gripping and emotionally intense, the film is just too long, and is somewat of a dissapointment compared to The Shawshank Redemption. Still, this film comes recommended.

The Shawshank Redemption
½

A near perfect film with lots of emotion, and a terrific cast who do their job very well. This is an excellent movie, and it comes very highly recommended.

Osmosis Jones
½

Great animation, funny live-action sequences, and great voice actors makes this a good animated movie, even though it could've been better. Recommended.

Freddy's Dead: The Final Nightmare

The worst in the entire Elm Street franchise. It's just a really dumb movie that I didn't find entertaining. No matter what films you watch in the Elm Street series, make sure to skip this one.

A Nightmare on Elm Street 5 - The Dream Child

Yet again, the series delivers nothing very entertaining. It just goes to show that horror franchises NEVER work. Skip this entry.

A Nightmare on Elm Street 4 - The Dream Master
½

As suspected, the series continues it's downward spiral, and the writers get lazier and lazier as the series progresses. Skip it.

A Nightmare on Elm Street 3 - Dream Warriors

This is where the series goes downhill. The writers start to care less about the film, so they become very lazy and just put in a whole bunch of nightmares without putting in the edge the first film had. Skip it.

Nightmare on Elm Street, Part 2: Freddy's Revenge
½

Better than most of the sequels, but still a mediocre horror film that is nowhere near to the quality of the original film. Skip it, but, if you're a fan of the series, rent it.

Wes Craven's New Nightmare

A strange plot, but still an interesting premise. The film was done right this time around, instead of being one of the awful sequels that came before it. This "nightmare" comes highly recommended.

A Nightmare on Elm Street

Lots of suspense, some big scares, great special effects, and a great premise and plot. A Nightmare on Elm Street comes highly recommended.

Cloverfield
Cloverfield(2008)
½

Though it has a few scares, great special effects, and good acting, eveything else seems like a rip-off of both Blair Witch and Godzilla. The most you should do is rent it.

Titanic
Titanic(1997)
½

A terrific romantic drama. A film that not only shows true romance, but also shows the tragedy that was the sinking of the Titanic. This is a must-see. Very highly recommended.

Book of Shadows - Blair Witch 2

Blair Witch 2 delivers almost nothing that the original film gave. Plus, it's not very scary either. I suggest skipping this film.

The Blair Witch Project

A great, scary thriller film that delivers great entertainment and lots of scares. This film comes highly recommended.

Land of the Lost

There's very few funny moments, and when they come, they only make you chuckle. Mostly, though, it's a gross-out comedy, and most of those jokes will appeal to kids, but there are many parts in this film that aren't for kids at all. There's no appropriate audience. Skip it.

Daddy Day Care

There are a few funny moments in Daddy Day Care, but it's mostly pretty boring, though it may entertain little kids. Overall, skip it.

Minority Report

I thought the ending could've been done better, but everything else is very well done. A fun thriller. Highly recommended.

U2 3D
U2 3D(2007)
½

The 3D is pretty well done, and the music sounds great. Performances were very good as well. You should definitely see this movie, even if you can't see it in 3D. Very highly recommended.

Michael Jackson's This Is It
½

Incredible music, great behind-the-scenes footage, and great performances. This is the best concert film since U23D. A must-see. Very highly recommended.

Paranormal Activity
½

Though it's plot and premise are both rip-offs and have been done many times before, it's still presented pretty well, and it's a good, scary film. Recommended.

Wanted
Wanted(2008)

Great action scenes, terrific acting, a great plot, and some good characters makes Wanted highly recommended, as long as you don't expect an Oscar-worthy film.

The Boondock Saints

A stupid movie. All they do is go around and kill people. It had a good plot and some great acting, but those two things were both pretty much wasted. Skip this movie.

The King of Kong: A Fistful of Quarters

A very interesting documentary. The characters are very well developed, and everything else is also pretty well done. Sadly, it's a bit too short. Other than that, it's great. Highly recommended.

Flushed Away
Flushed Away(2006)

It'll please kids and adults, but the teenage audience won't find to much to like in Flushed Away. Recommended for a rental only.

Edward Scissorhands

It's ending was too simple, and some points of the film were too weird for me. Other than that, it's a pretty interesting film. Recommended for a rental.

Leprechaun 3
Leprechaun 3(1995)

Better than Leprechaun 2, but still a piece of garbage horror cinema. Skip this movie entirely and ignore this entire series.

Leprechaun
Leprechaun(1993)

It's the best of all the Leprechaun movies, but still a very bad horror film that doesn't succeed in scaring me. Skip this.

Charlie and the Chocolate Factory

Almost as good as the first, but not quite. It keeps everything good about the first film, but looses some of the charm the original had. Still, it's a great film, and it comes highly recommended.

Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory
½

A very fun family film with a great cast, fun characters, an interesting premise, a good plot, and great special effects for it's time. A true delight. Very highly recommended.

Resident Evil: Degeneration
½

This film is actually well done. The animation looks incredible, and the film follows the video game more, and doesn't just throw it into the garbage, like the other three. Recommended.

Resident Evil: Extinction

Not as bad as Apocalpse, and probably the best in the series, but still a really bad movie that everyone should skip, no matter how big of a Resident Evil fan you are.

Resident Evil: Apocalypse

Terrible film. A disgrace to the Resident Evil series, just like the first. Focusing all on action and special effects and nothing else. Stay far away from this movie.

Resident Evil

Very cheesy, and filled with over-the-top gore and special effects. The people who made this film obviously didn't put too much thought into it. Skip it.

Eagle Eye
Eagle Eye(2008)
½

I, personally, thought the actors did a good job, and the film has enough thrills to earn my recommendation. Rent it when you get the chance to.

Ballistic: Ecks vs. Sever

One of the worst movies of all time. It just uses slow motion because it can, the acting is terrible, and, guess what? IT'S BASED OFF OF A VIDEO GAME. This film recieves my lowest recommendation.

Recess: School's Out

Kids will definitely have a funner time than the adults, but the film has a good soundtrack and some good characters. Recommended for a rental.

Repo! The Genetic Opera

Isn't funny or catchy enough, and definitely doesn't have what it takes to even match up to the first few Saw films. Skip this film entirely.

Astro Boy (AstroBoy)

A terrific film. I, personally, found lots of stuff that both children and adults would enjoy. If it weren't for Up (Curse those people at Pixar. Always making good movies...), then this would probably be the best animated film of the year. Only two bad things: 1. The voice actors. 2. Might not appeal to Astro Boy fanboys. Overall, it comes highly recommended.

The Nightmare Before Christmas
½

Though it has great animation and terrific characters, the only things that kept it from being great was it's dissapointing ending and it's short runtime. Still, it comes recommended.

Marley & Me
Marley & Me(2008)
½

How did people like this movie? I thought that this film was just a bunch of dumb pranks. Maybe pet lovers will like it more, but I though it was mediocre. No, I didn't cry at the end. The dog is NOT appealing. (I bet he was more appealing in the book, though. Seriously.)

1941
1941(1979)
½

Not exactly a great Spielburg film. In fact, it's one of his worst. It's too long, and it's also very dissapointing. Skip this one.

Duel
Duel(1972)
½

Spielburg's first film is a near masterpiece. Both the premise and plot of the film are excellent. I love the fact that you never see the truck driver who's dueling him. Terrific film. Very highly recommended.

Wayne's World 2
½

Though it isn't as funny or as smart as the first film, this is still a pretty funny film that fans will definitely enjoy. This film comes recommended.

Wayne's World

A great comedy film that will definitely make you laugh. There's lots of energy in this film. It's worth watching, though some might be offended. This film comes highy recommended.

Jumper
Jumper(2008)

Though the premise and plot are both very interesting, the rest of the film seemed thrown together to fill the runtime. Skip it.

Frost/Nixon
Frost/Nixon(2008)
½

An incredible movie about one of our past presidents. I'm glad it was nominated, but you can probably see why it didn't win when it was up against Slumdog Millionaire. This film is still a must-see, though. Very highly recommended.

King Kung Fu
King Kung Fu(1976)

A decent slapstic comedy that has quite a bit of funny jokes, even though mostly it falls flat. Still, it's a pretty fun film, and, if you can find it, rent it.

Dragon Wars
Dragon Wars(2007)
½

The film has great special effects and an interesting premise and plot, but, aside from that, the rest of the film is mostly a mess. Skip it.

Kill Bill: Volume 2

It's not better or worse than the first, mostly because they are both, technically, the same movie. Lots of action and terrific special effects. Highly recommended.

Pinocchio
Pinocchio(2002)

One of the worst movies ever made. It's embarassing to watch, the acting and script are both terrible, and the film is absolute torture at best. Time to put up my "BEWARE! BAD MOVIE!" sign.

Warriors of Virtue
½

At times, it delivers good children fantasy. But, at most points, it fails. Though it has great special effects, the rest of the film seems dull and boring. Skip it.

Law Abiding Citizen
½

A fun action film that I personally enjoyed. An interesting cat-and-mouse film that had a very good plot, great cast, and some good characters. If you're searching for more than just a popcorn flick, however, you may not enjoy it as much. Still, this film comes recommended.

The Invasion
The Invasion(2007)
½

Doesn't match up to the original idea in any way. This film has some good points, such as it's special effects, but, overall, you should only rent it, but don't expect it to be very good.

Paul Blart: Mall Cop

There are about one or two laughs, and there are some parts where the actors actually try, but the plot is uneven and keeps trying to decide whether it's a drama or a comedy. Skip it.

Invasion of the Body Snatchers

A sci-fi horror film that you will never forget. A 50s classic that went down in history for it's incredible plot, great acting, and interesting characters. This must be seen. It earns my highest recommendation.

The Iron Giant

One of the greatest animated films ever made. It's even about as good as Pixar. The Iron Giant is an incredible film, and it must be seen. It earns my highest recommendation.

Dr. Seuss' Horton Hears a Who!
½

It's funny at times, and the animation is pretty good. Though older people won't be as entertained as younger people, it stil earns a recommendation.

Where the Wild Things Are

Better than I thought it would be, but I thought that it's too dark when it should be a nice, happy film. It's just too uneven. Try renting it when it comes out on DVD and Blu-ray.

Jump In!
Jump In!(2007)

Another lifeless Disney Channel movie. Though it has some qualities that are much better than some other Disney films, it's still a very bad movie. Skip it.

Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within

A terrific animated movie with state of the art animation, a great plot, good characters, and, overall, is a fun movie. It's not really a video game movie, because it's not really based on a real video game. It's more like a spin-off. Anyway, the film comes highly recommended.

Sleepy Hollow
½

Not really as great as everyone says it is, but it's still a good film, that you might try renting some night. Recommended.

Dracula
Dracula(1931)

A horror classic. A film that should never be missed. It deserves a spot as one of the best films ever made, as it is a terrific film that has almost everything right in it. This film earns my highest recommendation.

Full Metal Jacket
½

Sadly, it's not a big masterpiece like other Kubrick films, but it still shines as an excellent war movie that will both entertain and inform. This film should be seen.

The Brave Little Toaster
½

A pretty fun family film that has a heartwarming plot, some good voice acting, and good characters. Though at some points it feels a little bit like just a normal film, and the film is also a bit too short, it still is a good movie. Recommended.

Kill Bill: Volume 1

The plot is very basic, and the characters aren't that interesting. But, aside from that, this is a great film that action fans will surely enjoy. Highly recommended.

28 Weeks Later...

Just as good as the first film. 28 Weeks Later is still very suspensful, and it still comes highly recommended. Try getting both sometime.

28 Days Later

28 Days Later is a fantastic horror film that is very suspensful and exhilirating. This film comes highly recommended.

The Bride of Frankenstein

The Bride of Frankenstein is just as good, if not better, than the first Frankenstein film. Another classic horror movie. It recieves my highest recommendation.

Frankenstein
Frankenstein(1931)

Frankenstein is a horror classic and it must be seen. This film has remained in Hollywood film history, and it will most likely stay there forever. This film recieves my highest recommendation.

Kindergarten Cop
½

A pretty funny comedy film, and a great performance by Arnold. The movie is pretty dark too. I liked the action scenes. Recommended.

Saw V
Saw V(2008)

The worst in the series so far. However, I know Saw VI will be worse. I just know it. Skip this film and stay away from the series.

Saw IV
Saw IV(2007)
½

Slightly worse than the third. Again, don't see the rest. Skip this entirely, and go see something better instead.

Saw III
Saw III(2006)
½

It goes downhill from here. Worse and worse and worse and worse. Skip this and all of the entries after this. If you have to see one Saw film, just see the first.

Saw II
Saw II(2005)

This film and all the ones after it should have never even been made. Maybe fans of the first will enjoy this more, but everyone else should skip it.

Saw
Saw(2004)

The first Saw is actually a pretty decent horror film. It has a great plot, though it is kinda a rip-off of Cube. Still, this film should be looked into by horror fans. Recommended for a rental.

Slumdog Millionaire

Definitely deserved to win Best Picture at the Oscars. It really is a terrific film, and, if you haven't seen it yet, then you're missing out. It recieves my highest recommendation.

Dragonball Evolution

The trailer and the film looked just like the silly anime it's based on. Skip this film entirely, as it is nowhere near to being what it could have been.

Tears of the Sun
½

A very good action movie, though it's flaws hold it back from being great. Bruce Willis does some good acting here, though. Try renting it.

Zombieland
Zombieland(2009)
½

Zombieland is a fantastic movie that's very funny, has cool characters, and makes for a fun time at the movies. You must see this movie.

The Phantom of the Opera
½

It has some pretty good music and great acting. However, it doesn't match up to the classic show. Recommended for a rental.

Army of Darkness
½

Definitely nowhere near what the first two Evil Dead films accomplished, but still a pretty good horror movie. Recommended for a rental.

Evil Dead 2: Dead by Dawn
½

Almost as good as the first Evil Dead film. A fun movie filled with gore, but is still a work of art, just like the first.

The Evil Dead

The Evil Dead is a horror masterpiece that matches up with Night of the Living Dead and Dawn of the Dead. Though it's cheap and a bit too gory, it's still a work of art. It recieves my highest recommendation.

House of the Dead

One of the worst movies I've ever seen in my life. Uwe Boll disgusts me, and I personally think he should stop making movies. This film recieves my lowest recommendation.

Shark Tale
Shark Tale(2004)

Shark Tale has a few funny moments, and the animation looks great, but I don't like the voice acting and everything else in the movie. Skip it.

Finding Nemo
Finding Nemo(2003)
½

A terrific animated film. Another masterpiece from Pixar. This film is a must-see, but you've probably already seen it! This film comes very highly recommended.

The Wild
The Wild(2006)

Taking as many elements from Madagascar as it can, this film is basically desperate for attention and money. Disney, what have you becomed? Skip it. Stay Away.

Matilda
Matilda(1996)

A fun movie that the whole family will enjoy. It's funny, has great special effects, and it has a good plot. This film comes highly recommended.

Hook
Hook(1991)
½

A very enjoyable film, with great performances by the cast, a terrific plot, and great directing by Steven Spielburg. However, there were a few road blocks in the way that keep it from getting a high rating. Recommended.

Star Trek - Nemesis
½

This film has an interesting plot and great special effects, though at some points it feels like a TV show episode. Recommended.

Star Trek: Insurrection
½

A mediocre entry in the Star Trek series. It feels like one long episode of Star Trek: The Next Generation. So, instead of watching this, maybe you should just watch a few of the episodes of the show.

Yu-Gi-Oh!: The Movie

I didn't understand this movie, did you? Ummm..... what's that dragon called again? Uhhhh.......I just wish this film was more understandable. Skip this entirely.

Lara Croft Tomb Raider - The Cradle of Life

Better than the first movie. Angelina Jolie is still a good Lara Croft, and the rest of the film is pretty good too. I suggest renting it or watching it when it's on TV.

Lara Croft - Tomb Raider
½

Tomb Raider is a mediocre video game adaptation that almost works, but sadly falls short. Though Angelina Jolie is a good Lara Croft, the movie doesn't pull through to earn a recommendation.

Double Dragon

One of the absolute worst movies ever made. And guess what? It's based on a video game. What a suprise. Stay far away from this film before you fall for the deadly trap.

Be Kind Rewind

Anyone who likes films, like me, will enjoy this. It's pretty good, but anyone can see it's many problems, and, in my opinion, the movie is unfinished. You'll see what I mean when you watch it. Overall, try a rental.

Big Top Pee-wee

Big Top Pee-Wee has lost almost all of the original's energy. The acting is still really good, and so are the characters. Sadly, the film just doesn't come up to what the original film did. Skip it.

Pee-wee's Big Adventure

A very fun comedy with lots of energy and a great cast. The plot is pretty good too. This film comes highly recommended, and it's also one of Tim Burton's best films.

Inspector Gadget 2

Inspector Gadget 2 fails even harder than the first one. Even though I think French Stewart plays a good Inspector, and the plot is pretty good, everything else is pure Disney direct-to-video awfulness.

Inspector Gadget
½

Though it has great special effects, fun eye candy, and a good cast, the film has many other problems that both moviegoers and fans will dislike. Skip it.

George Of The Jungle 2

The film's box art says "Watch Out for That Sequel!" I can see why I would watch out for it. George of the Jungle 2 is a terrible movie. Stay away from it, just like the cover says.

George of the Jungle
½

It's a pretty funny movie, and a good film to watch if you have the rest of the family with you. George of the Jungle comes recommended.

Leroy & Stitch
½

This is what would happen if you mixed Lilo & Stitch and Disney Channel. Yeah, it's no good. Skip it, even if you're a fan.

Lilo & Stitch 2: Stitch Has a Glitch
½

It has a few good moments, and it has great animation, but the rest of the film is pure straight-to-video material that you'd expect from Disney, which is not exactly a good thing. Fans of the first may want to try it out, but everyone else should only see it if they have nothing else to do.

Lilo & Stitch
½

Smooth animation, a good plot, and interesting characters makes this a good Disney film, despite the many flaws it has.

Dr. Seuss - It's Grinch Night!
½

It's definitely not the best Seuss cartoon, and it's nowhere near to being as good as the original television classic, but this is still a fun animated film that should be rented if you can find it.

How the Grinch Stole Christmas
½

It's an animated television classic. Terrific animation for its time, great voice acting, and a great adaptation of a famous book. This film should be seen.

Alien Trespass

It suceeds as being a fun movie. I liked how it tried to pay tribute to sci-fi films from the 50's, and it mostly works. Try renting it sometime.

Dr. Seuss' How the Grinch Stole Christmas
½

Jim Carrey's great performance and good special effects can't save this movie. Instead of being a fun movie for kids, it scares them to death instead. Seuss fans should rent it, while everyone else should skip it.

Austin Powers in Goldmember
½

My least favorite of the three. It's not as funny as the first two, and it doesn't have the fun look and feel of the first two either. But, I think fans of the series might like it more, and should stick with a rental.

Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me

Not as funny as the original, but still a pretty funny movie. Recommended for fans of the original. Everyone else might consider a rental.

Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery
½

A funny comedy with an interesting premise and a great performance by Mike Myers. Try renting it sometime. It comes recommended.

Suburban Commando
½

A really strange movie. Hulk Hogan can't act, and, sadly, this is also a bad performance by Christopher Lloyd. There are a few funny jokes here and there, but, overall, it was a pretty bad movie that should be skipped.

A Christmas Story

A fun movie that has become a beloved classic over the years. Since it's shown all over cable channels, I highly recommend watching it.

The Polar Express
½

The film has terrific animation and a good cast, but everything else seemed mediocre. Maybe it would be a good rental, but I don't think it's that good anywhere else.

Appleseed: Ex Machina

Better than the first Appleseed film. It has a great plot, and it's action-packed. This film comes highly recommended.

Enter the Dragon

Bruce Lee at his best! Amazing fight scenes and terrific acting by Bruce Lee and everyone else. There are only a few flaws. Still, it comes highly recommended!

Cube Zero
Cube Zero(2004)

The Cube trilogy has always been Saw..... only better. This is the weakest entry in the Cube series, but it still makes a pretty good rental.

Cube 2 - Hypercube
½

Strangely almost as good as the first, only this time the premise and plot are both not as fresh as they were in the first Cube film. It's still a good movie, though, and should be rented.

Cube
Cube(1998)

A very thrilling film with an interesting premise, a very smart plot, and much better than the average thriller film. There are many aspects that hold this film back, however. Still, it's a great movie overall.

Toy Story/Toy Story 2

Monster House

The film just didn't work for me. The characters weren't interesting, the plot wasn't interesting, and the dialouge seemed cheesy. Skip it.

James and the Giant Peach

A fun family film that many people will enjoy for it's strangely dark universe and it's interesting characters. Highly recommended.

Disturbia
Disturbia(2007)
½

It's a thrilling movie, but many things could have been fixed. For instance, I wish the dead bodies looked more realistic. Also, I wish the ending wasn't so cliched. Still, it's a good thriller that should be rented.

Sonic the Hedgehog - The Complete Series
½

Probably one of the best nostalgic shows ever produced. It's dark atmosphere really helped the show. It's a terrific show that still lives on, continuing in the comic books, which, strangely, I read. This show should be watched if you're looking for a great 90s cartoon show.

Adventures Of Sonic The Hedgehog
½

You're probably wondering why I gave this a good review. It's silly, strange, simple, and downright weird. Now you know why I like this show.

Toy Story/Toy Story 2 (3-Disc Ultimate Toy Box Collector's Edition)

*FOR THE 3D DOUBLE FEATURE. FOR MY REAL REVIEW, PLEASE VISIT MY PROFILE!*

Better than the first film, but it still shares many problems with it. I still think you should skip both Scooby-Doo films.

Scooby-Doo
Scooby-Doo(2002)
½

I always thought that the Scooby-Doo cartoon show wasn't funny, but still entertaining. This movie is both not funny and not entertaining. Skip it.

The Answer Man (Arlen Faber)

The Answer Man is a really fun film, but I can see why people don't like it. My suggestion is to rent it. You will be pleased.

Ong Bak 2
Ong Bak 2(2009)
½

There are some decent fight scenes, but, it lacks charector development, and the acting is only subpar. All of this make a mediocre action film.

xXx: State of the Union

This movie is so racist. All the good guys are black and all the bad guys are white. That statement I just said was racist, wasn't it? Skip this film.

XXX
XXX(2002)
½

It's a fun action movie. Vin Diesel actually does pretty good in this one. All action fans should see this. Recommended.

The best Rocky film since Rocky II. This is the second best film in the Rocky series, only behind the first Rocky. This film is definitely worth watching.

You Don't Mess With the Zohan
½

The first half is very funny and filled with laughs, but the secod half of the film is dull and repetitive. Still, you might want to try a rental.

Super Size Me

A great documentary film filled with interesting facts. Once you watch this movie, though, you may never want to eat McDonald's fast food ever again. This film comes highly recommended.

Holes
Holes(2003)
½

Holes is an entertaining film that won't entertain the kids as much as the adults, but it's not really a family film. It's a good movie with a great plot, good acting, and a good script. Recommended.

Turbo: A Power Rangers Movie

This film is just as bad, if not worse, than the first film. It is an awful film. Cheesy as ever, the power rangers face off against unoriginal villians, a terrible plot, and stupid charecters! Can't wait for that one, can ya?

Aladdin and the King of Thieves
½

It was better than Return of Jafar, and Robin Williams is back, but the film still can't match up to the original Aladdin. However, it is one of the best direct-to-video films out there, especially by Disney.

The Return of Jafar

It's one of the better direct-to-video films, but it's still not a good movie. Robin Willians wasn't in it, which was very sad. Skip this entry in the Aladdin series.

Aladdin
Aladdin(1992)

A fun, wonderful animated film that everyone will enjoy. Anyone who likes animation or Disney films in general must see this, but, then again, they probably already have.

Surrogates

½

Return to Oz is a fantastic sequel. Incredible special effects for it's time, and a strange, creepy, but amazing setting. Anyone who liked the first film must see this.

The Wizard of Oz

Valkyrie
Valkyrie(2008)

Very entertaining thriller. Great acting, great plot, great script. It has a few flaws, but it's still a movie that should be seen.

Bridge to Terabithia

*SPOILERS INCLUDED IN THIS REVIEW! DON'T READ UNLESS YOU HAVE SEEN THE MOVIE OR YOU DON'T PLAN ON WATCHING IT!* What message does this give kids? Find a villiage of NOTHING, pretend things live there, and become totally insane. Oh, and die trying to get there. At least the acting, script, and special effects were good..... Overall, skip it.

Return to Never Land

For what it's trying to do, it works. As a film itself, it doesn't. It does, however, make a good rental for a family night in.

Return to Never Land

Kazaam(1996)

Oh wow........ this film was awful. See the DVD cover with the review that said "Fun!"? This film is the exact opposite of fun. Awful acting by Shaq, a bad plot, and a bad script. There is nothing good about this movie. It recieves my lowest recommendation. One of the worst movies of all time.

The Country Bears

Good idea and a good cast, but the film has so many problems that it comes pretty far from a recommendation. Just skip it. Period.

Rambo (Rambo IV)
½

I would say it's better than First Blood Part II, but not as good as Rambo III because this movie almost made me throw up, but probably because the special effects were really good. I just wish the plot, script, and acting were better.

Friday the 13th
½

Compared to other Friday the 13th movies, this is actually pretty good. However, when viewed as a movie by itself, it's only mediocre. Recommended for a rental by horror fans or fans of the franchise.

The Fugitive is an incredible action movie with great special effects and a terric cast that all give wonderful performances. THE BEST action film of ALL TIME.

Superbabies: Baby Geniuses 2

(This movie is so bad, that I have decided that this review won't be talking about this movie. We'll talk about BREAKFEAST! :D) This morning, I had pancakes. It was good. Pancakes are usually delicious, but only if it is cooked right. What goes great with pancakes? Chocolate chips. Mmmmmmmmmmmmm. How 'bout bagels? Num num. Eggs? Terrific with cheese. Am I making you hungry? How 'bout some stuff you can do instead of watching this movie? You can...... play video games, watch a DIFFERENT movie, eat PANCAKES, watch TV, fix your internet, download a virus, whatever! All of that stuff listed is better than watching this movie. End of review.

The title seems like a joke, just like Jaws: The Revenge. It's an awful film, and it's just as bad as the first. It's definitely one to be missed.

Spawn
Spawn(1997)

It has a great plot and good acting, but it's special effects are cheesy, and it's over-violent. However, it has lots of interesting aspects, which makes this film recommended for a rental.

The Hobbit
The Hobbit(1978)

At points, it's just as epic as The Lord of the Rings, but, most of the time, it's very annoying, especially with all of the songs included. Skip this movie.

The Lord of the Rings
½

The Lord of the Rings is an exciting animated feature. Even though the voice actors weren't so great, the film itself still comes recommended. Try renting it sometime.

The Incredible Hulk

An "incredible" action film (sorry for the pun). Even though it wasn't the best superhero movie in 2008 (far from it), it was still a very enjoyable film. Highly recommended!

Hulk
Hulk(2003)
½

The action sequences are very cool and filled with great special effects, but there are very few of them, and the movie has a bit too many talking scenes. Recommended for a rental.

Spy Kids 3-D - Game Over

It's one of the worst 3-D films I've ever seen, and it's one of the worst family films I've ever seen. Stay far away from this film. Instead of seeing this, see the first two. This is one of the worst films I've ever seen. It recieves my lowest recommendation.

Spy Kids 2: The Island of Lost Dreams
½

It's a fun film with lots of action and filled with fun stuff for kids and adults. It's not as good as the first, but it still comes recommended.

Spy Kids
Spy Kids(2001)

It's action-packed. Even though it's a little weird at points, kids and adults will surely enjoy it. Spy Kids comes highly recommended.

The Adventures of Sharkboy and Lavagirl in 3-D

It's the worst family film I've ever seen in my life (And that's saying a lot. Trust me, I saw North and it was better than this.). This film must be avoided at all costs.

John Carpenter's Escape from L.A.

The movie is not as strong as the original, but there's still lots of action that many people will enjoy. It's recommended for a rental.

The movie is very action-packed and enjoyable. Action fans will love this movie, and everyone else will find it entertaining too. This film comes highly recommended.

½

District 9 has very few minor problems, but, overall, it's one of the best of the year, and it comes very highly recommended.

G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra
½

This film was mostly just lots of action and explosions, but I liked that. It was very entertaining, even though it could've been much better. Recommended.

The Godfather, Part III

While it's nowhere near to being as good as the first two films, this movie is great, and filled with terrific acting and a good plot. It comes highly recommended.

The Godfather, Part II

Incredible acting, a unique plot, and a great script makes this film just as good as, if not better than, the original. A film classic. It recieves my highest recommendation. THIS is how sequels should be made.

The Godfather

The film is, no doubt, a classic. It must be seen by everyone. It is the original mob gangster movie. What else is there to say about The Godfather? Everything has already been said.

National Treasure: Book of Secrets
½

It's not as good as the first, just like most sequels, but it's still a good thrill ride that lots of people will enjoy, even though it is unbelievable at times.

National Treasure

National Treasure is a thrill ride with an interesting plot. The film is very unbelievable at times, but, overall, the film comes highly recommended.

Speed Racer
Speed Racer(2008)
½

I enjoyed the incredible special effects and the race sequences. The film went on a bit too long, and there isn't much of a plot. But, the good acting by the lead stars helped save this movie. Speed Racer comes recommended.

Speed 2 - Cruise Control
½

It's not as good as the first Speed film, but it has lots of good action scenes, and that makes this film recommended.

Speed
Speed(1994)
½

It's a superior action movie that matches up with films like Die Hard. This is a terrific film, and it comes very highly recommended.

Pink Panther 2

It's just as bad as the first. There are barely any funny jokes, and the acting isn't all that great. Again, it's not as bad as Son of the Pink Panther, but it's still a bad entry in the franchise.

The Pink Panther

Definitely not as bad as Son of the Pink Panther, but still a bad entry in the franchise. It's not funny, and it's filled with mediocre acting. See the original films instead.

Son of the Pink Panther

It's the worst of all the Pink Panther movies, and it's nowhere near to being funny. Pink Panther fans probably won't even like it. Skip this one entirely.

Curse of the Pink Panther

Det. Clifton Sleigh isn't funny, especially when compared to Clouseau. This film falls as flat as Inspector Clouseau. For the fans only.

Trail of the Pink Panther

Peter Sellers is funny in this movie, but not anyone else. The film is good enough for Pink Panther fans, but everyone else should stick with a rental.

The Revenge of the Pink Panther

This film would've gotten 70 because I didn't find it as funny as the previous films. But, because it has the greatest opening credits, I raised it to 80. So, the film is great, and it comes highly recommended.

The Pink Panther Strikes Again

It's yet another funny entry in the Pink Panther film franchise. It's a great comedy by itself, and it comes highly recommended.

The Return of the Pink Panther

It's a great comedy that does'nt fully live up to the original films, but, as a film itself, it's great. Highly recommended.

Inspector Clouseau

This movie is mostly trash, especially compared to the original two films. Skip this one unless you are a big Pink Panther fan.

A Shot in the Dark
½

This film is almost just as good as the original Pink Panther. There are lots of laughs, and it's a film that must be seen. It comes very highly recommended.

The Pink Panther
½

The original Pink Panther is very funny. It's the comic classic that changed comedy films forever. It's not perfect, but it's pretty close. It comes very highly recommended.

Exorcist: The Version You've Never Seen
½

It's still one of the best and scariest horror films ever, but I didn't like how they changed the ending to the movie. Still, it's a great new version that people should see if they haven't seen the original yet.

Dominion: Prequel to the Exorcist
½

It's better than Exorcist: The Beginning and Exorcist II, but, overall, it's just another bad horror movie sequel that doesn't come anywhere near the original. Once again, skip this and see the original instead.

Exorcist: The Beginning

It's not as bad as Exorcist II, but it's still an awful film. It has a good premise and plot, but the acting and the way it's presented are both awful. Again, see the original instead.

The Exorcist III

It's the best Exorcist sequel of them all, and it's pretty good. It's not that scary, but the acting, script, and plot are pretty good. Recommended for a rental.

Exorcist II: The Heretic

This film is total garbage. Compared to the first, this movie is nothing. Awful acting, a bad plot, and weird dialouge. The film is also not very scary. Skip this one entirely, and see the first one instead.

The Exorcist
The Exorcist(1973)

It's one of the scariest and best horror films of all time. It's highly recommended, and it's much better than any of the sequels.

Boris and Natasha
½

It's slightly better than the Rocky and Bullwinkle movie, but the film still has very little funny moments. It's recommended, but only for a rental.

The Adventures of Rocky & Bullwinkle

The movie isn't funny on most parts, and the animation, to me, doesn't look that great. Kids will enjoy it, but teenagers and adults will be bored overall.

Jason X
Jason X(2002)

Jason in space is a stupid idea, and the movie doesn't work well at all. It's not as bad as Part 7 or 8, but still an awful horror film.

Jason Goes to Hell - The Final Friday

Better than the last two, but still a terrible movie. See the first one and never see the sequels. This is a prime example of how bad horror sequels can get.

Friday the 13th Part VIII - Jason Takes Manhattan

This one is even worse than Part 7. Do yourself a favor, and stay away from this terrible piece of horror cinema.

Friday the 13th Part VII - The New Blood

This is a terrible film by itself, and it's one of the worst horror films I've ever seen. Nobody should see this film.

Friday the 13th, Part VI - Jason Lives

This one is much better than the ones following it, and a few of the ones before it. However, I still don't think it's a good film.

Friday the 13th, Part V - A New Beginning

This film is where the series really went downhill. This "new beginning" is the beginning of some of the worst horror movies of all time.

Friday the 13th - The Final Chapter

As we all know, this isn't the final chapter, and it's just the same as the first three films: lots of brutal killings. Nothing else.

An Extremely Goofy Movie
½

Not only does it have the same problems as A Goofy Movie, it has added new problems that makes this sequel worse than the original.

Garfield: A Tail of Two Kitties

It's better than the first, but it still has embarresed actors and cheesy dialouge. However, what makes this film better is the good plot and the better voice acting by Bill Murray. Recommended for kids and Garfield fans as a rental.

Garfield - The Movie
½

Bill Murray does a great Garfield, and the plot is good enough, but all of the other actors look embarresed to be in this movie, and the dialouge is really cheesy. If you're a Garfield fan, give this a rent. Otherwise, skip this.

A Goofy Movie
½

The movie wasn't funny to me, but the animation looks fine enough, and the voice actors do a good job. It's recommended for the kids as a rental.

Halloween
Halloween(2007)
½

The remake is better than most of the sequels, but, even so, I think this film is mediocre. Fans of the Halloween franchise will like it the most.

The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian
½

I didn't think this one was as good as the original, mostly because I think this one's plot moves too slow, but, overall, it comes recommended.

The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe

It's faithful to the book, and it has incredible special effects. Add good acting and script, and you get a great movie. Highly recommended.

Final Destination 3
½

Final Destination 3 is the same thing as Final Destination 1 & 2, so there's really no reason to watch it, especially if you saw the first two, unless you were a big fan of them. Otherwise, skip it.

Final Destination 2

This film feels like a big excuse to see lots of gory killings. That's all the film is. Skip this unless you were a big fan of the first Final Destination film.

Final Destination

It has an interesting premise, and it's the best of the Final Destination films, but, overall, I think it's just another film that only horror fans will really enjoy. Everyone else may find some entertainment in it. I suggest a rental.

Agent Cody Banks 2: Destination London

It's a really awful film. Terrible script, plot, and acting. There aren't that many good action sequences either. Kids will also find little to no entertainment. Skip this movie entirely.

Agent Cody Banks

The film is filled with bad acting, a bad plot, bad script, and little action. However, this film should be able to please kids and teens. For that, I give it a higher rating.

Dr. Seuss' The Cat in the Hat

I didn't think this was as bad as many people said. It's pretty funny, and I actually liked Mike Myer's performance. This film gets a mild recommendation.

Back to the Future Part III

The first and second films were better. This film doesn't have as much funny moments as the first two. This movie may please fans of the first two.

Back to the Future Part II

This film is a great sequel, and there's lots of funny moments. This movie comes highly recommended!

Back to the Future

Hilarious and very action packed, Back to the Future is one of the best science fiction movies I have ever seen, and it recieves my highest recommendation.

The Jungle Book 2

Not only is it a rehash, but the songs aren't catchy like the original's songs were, and the plot and voice acting weren't good either. This should have gone straight to video and not into theaters, just like most of Disney's sequels.

The Jungle Book

It's a great animated film with lots of catchy songs, but I thought it wasn't a Disney classic, especially compared to other earlier Disney films.

Tarzan
Tarzan(1999)
½

This is probably one of the best Disney movies, and it's a near-perfect animated film that the whole family will enjoy. Very highly recommended.

March of the Penguins
½

March of the Penguins is one of the best documentaries I've ever seen. It's an amazing piece of cinema that shouldn't be missed by anyone.

Quantum of Solace

Daniel Craig plays an incredible Bond, the best since Connery, and lots of action sequences ensue in this great action film. It's not as good as Casino Royale or the early James Bond films, but still a great entry overall.

Casino Royale

Daniel Craig is a terrific Bond, and this film is almost just as good as the original films. It's a must-see for Action fans, Bond fans, and newcomers to Bond films alike. It recieves my highest recommendation.

Die Another Day
½

The film has a stupid plot and more action than story. It's almost as bad as A View to A Kill. A dissapointing entry.

The World Is Not Enough

Even though it doesn't have a great story, it has lots of solid action. Enjoyable enough for me.

Tomorrow Never Dies
½

It's an OK film, but I think it just doesn't have the fun that GoldenEye had. A mediocre entry in the Bond series.

GoldenEye
GoldenEye(1995)
½

A terrific entry in the Bond series. Better than all of the Moore films. It's a must-see for all Action fans.

Licence To Kill

Dalton is a really good Bond in this film, and the action sequences are very entertaining. I enjoyed this entry.

The Living Daylights

Dalton is good as Bond, but the film itself dissapoints. Recommended only for people who want to see the whole Bond series or hardcore Bond fans. Everyone else should stick with a rental.

A View to a Kill
½

This is the worst official Bond movie, and Moore is too old to be Bond. The story is also very silly as well. Unless you are a true Bond fan, skip this entry.

Octopussy
Octopussy(1983)

Silly and stupid, this is one of the worst Bond films of them all, and Moore seems like he's getting too old to be Bond.

This is a great Bond and is better than Diamonds Are Forever, but not as good as You Only Live Twice and other early Bond films.

For Your Eyes Only
½

It's the best of all the Moore films, and it's an amazing entry in the Bond series, but it's still not as good as the Connery films.

Moonraker
Moonraker(1979)

It had great special effects for it's time, but I think James Bond in space is a weird premise. Still, it's an OK film that Bond fans might enjoy.

The Spy Who Loved Me
½

It's one of the better Moore films, and is a good entry in the Bond series, but I thought Live and Let Die was a little bit better.

The Man with the Golden Gun
½

In my opinion, I thought this film was too weird. The whole movie is really strange, such as the really short man, the fun house, the car that turns into a plane, and the strip club. Overall, a mediocre entry in the bond series.

Live and Let Die

Even though Roger Moore is the worst Bond, this was a good entry for him, and this film is, overall, a solid action flick. Highly recommended.

Diamonds Are Forever

It's Sean's worst Bond film, but it's still a great action film by itself. If you missed Sean in "Secret Service", this is a movie for you.

On Her Majesty's Secret Service

It's an amazing piece of action cinema. George Lazenby's only James Bond film is an incredible one. If your watching the best Bond films, this will be one to watch.

You Only Live Twice
½

It's definitely not as wonderful as the original four, but still a terrific action film that should not be missed.

Thunderball
Thunderball(1965)

The Simpsons Movie

It has lots of great jokes, solid animation, and great voice acting. A wonderful animated comedy.

Godzilla
Godzilla(1998)

Acting and script = Not so great. Everything else = Pretty good actually. Godzilla fans and people in need of a popcorn flick might enjoy it.

Transformers Animated: Transform and Roll Out
½

The pilot film tries to be funny, and it fails. During it's serious moments, it doesn't seem serious enough. At least it's better than season two, and kids might enjoy it.

Worse than the first season. This show is a huge dissapointment to Transformers fans, like me, and only kids will enjoy it. If you are thinking of watching this show, trust me. Don't watch it.

½

The show is more weird than anything else. It's a disgrace to the original show, and even though kids may enjoy it, hardcore Transformers fans will be dissapointed.

Pokemon 3: The Movie

It's the best of all the Pokemon movies, but adults and teens will still only find little entertainment.

Pokemon - The Movie 2000
½

Better than the first, but still has many problems that will never be overcome in a Pokemon movie. For kids and Pokemon fans only.

The animation looks good, but the plot is silly, the voice actors are awful, and the film lacks in entertainment for teens and adults.

Gremlins 2: The New Batch

It has a few funny moments, but it doesn't seem to capture that much horror. It's a horror-comedy without the horror. Recommended for Gremlins fans. Everyone else should rent it.

Gremlins
Gremlins(1984)

Gremlins is a horror film with a twist. It has a premise for kids, but everything else seems like a true horror film for adults. Very interesting and highly recommended.

Planes, Trains and Automobiles
½

Steve Martin and John Candy are terrific in this film. This is one of the funniest films I've ever seen. Very highly recommended!

Home Alone 3
Home Alone 3(1997)

An awful film. This child actor isn't as great, and there is no funny comedy. Kids might have some fun with it, but adults and teens will hate it. A terrible movie.

½

It has many funny moments that are about as funny as the first film, but it fails to capture the fun that Father of the Bride gave us.

Father of the Bride

One of Steve Martin's best. It has lots of funny moments, and it's a great comedy for everyone. Highly recommended!

Racing Stripes

It has lots of funny moments for kids, but adults would rather do laundry while this film is on. Skip this unless you are in desperate need of a movie for your kids. I, myself, found it very boring.

Cheaper by the Dozen 2

It's cheesy, has bad acting, has a plot with nothing unique, and is, overall, an awful family film and is nothing compared to even the first Cheaper by the Dozen.

Cheaper by the Dozen
½

This film has some good acting, especially by Steve Martin, but, at it's core, it's another family film with a formula that is worn out within 30 minutes of the film. An OK rental for the family only. Everyone else should skip it.

Bride of the Monster

While it's better than most of Ed's other sci-fi films, this movie is an awful movie that fails to entertain. Only for Ed Wood fans, and I know there aren't many of them.

Plan 9 from Outer Space

It's a pretty fun movie. Even though it's special effects are horrendous, this movie is the ultimate "so bad it's good" film.

Shrek the Halls

The holiday special will please kids, but the adults will want the film turned off right away. If you want a REAL holiday special, watch the Charlie Brown Christmas Special, and not this one.

Tom and Jerry: The Movie

If they had stayed with the original Tom and Jerry formula, this would've been a good movie. But, VOICE ACTORS and an awful plot makes sure it can't follow the formula at all. At least the animation was good.

The TV series is great. This was a letdown. The comedy isn't as funny, but there's lots of science-fiction stuff to see. Recommended only to die hard fans of the series.

The cartoons are great, but viewers would be better off seeing them all seperately instead of watching them all in a film.

The Muppet Movie
½

Jim Henson's Muppet debut really works. It's funny, has lots of great charectors, and is good for the whole family. A film worth seeing.

The Jacksons: An American Dream

The series isn't really going anywhere with this entry. It still has the same of everything, and it's still just a bland horror movie at best.

½

Has some funny jokes and one-liners, but, overall, this is just another mediocre family film at best.

Friday the 13th

Filled with lots of laughs and great performances by Steve Carrel and Anne Hathaway. Get Smart is a great comedy film and a great action film.

The same as Punisher 04. Everything in this film could've been great, if the film wasn't overflowed with gore. Too much gore can really ruin a movie.

The Punisher
The Punisher(2004)

Everything is wonderful in this film EXCEPT it has so much gore. I mean, SO MUCH gore. Gore can make a movie better, but this film overuses it, making it a flop.

The Crow: Wicked Prayer

Some good special effects, but awful acting and script. The worst Crow of them all. Skip this one entirely.

The Crow - Salvation

Bad acting and bad script plague the film. Slightly worse than "City of Angels".

The Crow: City of Angels

Bad script, bad acting, and an OK plot. This film could have been so much better. Watch the first Crow film instead.

Has lots of great comedy and features good animation by Disney-Pixar. Another animated triumph.

The Incredibles

Lots of action and good animation. Disney-Pixar never dissapoints. This is a great movie.

It's probably the worst of the Disney-Pixar films, but still a good animated film. Most people will enjoy it.

WALL-E
WALL-E(2008)
½

Disney-Pixar have made a great sci-fi epic. Wonderful plot, animation, and voice cast. Doesn't that robot design look familiar?

Spaceballs
Spaceballs(1987)

An incredibly funny film. Features lots of great jokes. Not only the best Star Wars spoof, but one of the best spoofs ever made.

The Crow
The Crow(1994)

Filled with lots of action and a great plot. Sad that Brandon Lee died when making this movie. Overall, it's a great sci-fi action flick.

The Fly II
The Fly II(1989)

In this awful film, many terrible things are included. The acting is good, but the plot, script, and dramatic sequences are not. Skip this entirely.

The Fly
The Fly(1986)

This remake of the original lives up to expectations. Has lots of gore, but also features many great scenes and wonderful special effects.

Curse of the Fly

The Curse of the Fly is dissapointing because the fly doesn't appear, but it has some pretty good drama included.

Return of the Fly

It has lots of great dramatic scenes. A great sci-fi horror film and a wonderful follow-up to the original.

The Fly
The Fly(1958)

A sci-fi classic. One of Vincent Price's greatest performences. An interesting plot and a good script too. The fly in the film looks very real for the time. Overall, it can be considered a masterpiece.

G.I. Joe---The Movie
½

Instead of actually being a movie, G.I. Joe is, instead, a giant commercial for the new line of toys at the time, with some interesting moments in between. Only for G.I. Joe fans.

The Pacifier
The Pacifier(2005)

This comedy features no laughs, awful acting, and a bad plot. This is where Vin Diesel's career started going downhill.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III

Some good special effects and acting, but features some bad dialouge and an awful plot. Also, the villian is very uninteresting. Skip this entry.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II - The Secret of the Ooze

Terrible dialouge and a bad plot make this film an unworthy sequel to an almost-mediocre film. The film's saving grace from being completely terrible is Super Shredder and some good music (excluding Vanilla Ice).

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Movie

It isn't as great as it should be, but it's fun enough to earn a rental.

TMNT
TMNT(2007)

Lots of action, great animation, and a good plot. Great for all TMNT fans and newcomers alike.

Explosive action, great acting, and lots of good special effects. A film that is better than Die Hard 3, and is almost as good as the first Die Hard film.

½

A sequel almost equal to the original with lots of action and comedy. Definetly worth seeing.

Die Hard 2

Die Hard 2 may not have as much action and comedy as the first, but it's still a great thrill ride.

Pirates of the Caribbean: At Worlds End
½

This film is better than Dead Man's Chest, but still can't live up to Curse of the Black Pearl.

Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest

The humor and good acting have been erased in this sequel. The worst Pirates of the Caribbean film.

Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl

Great action sequences and good acting makes this a fun Pirate film that many will enjoy.

Dick Tracy
Dick Tracy(1990)

Warren Beatty stars in this great action flick. Good music, good plot, good script. It may not be a superior film, but it's a great one.

Citizen Kane
Citizen Kane(1941)

An extremely powerful film. It's no wonder this movie is a masterpiece.

Ghostbusters 2

Has some moments with great comedy, but overall it's another sequel that desperately tries to be as superior as the original. An OK film. Recommended for fans of the first. Everyone else, a rental should be planned.

Bedtime Stories

The film has good acting, but it's a comedy with barely any funny jokes.

Halloween: Resurrection

This film feels like it has no idea what it's doing and just has Micheal killing people the whole movie. The best part is that it reminds me of the classic Halloween. You know? The one that was better than this!

Halloween H2O

It's not great compared to the first Halloween, but it's a film that has lots of great horror and is the best of the Halloween sequels.

Halloween - The Curse of Michael Myers (Halloween 6)

This film has almost nothing that made Halloween a masterpiece. Just a bunch of repetitive killings, nothing more.

Halloween 5: The Revenge of Michael Myers
½

It feels like the same thing yet again. Micheal goes and kills people. In the first, it was new, fresh, and scary. Over time, it's premise quickly depleted. Skip this one.

Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers

Horror fans and Halloween fans may enjoy it, but I thought it was just a reapeat of what Micheal did in the first two films: Kill everyone. And he does JUST that..... the entire movie.

Halloween III - Season of the Witch

It's the worst Halloween film in the franchise. The only part I liked was the premise, and the idea of having many different horror stories on Halloween. Everything else is terrible.

Halloween II
Halloween II(1981)

For a horror and a sequel, it's pretty good. As everything else, only OK.

The Next Karate Kid

This film has an awful plot and is nothing compared to the first Karate Kid movie.

The Karate Kid, Part III

It's just like the second, but this time the movie is completely boring. Skip it.

The Karate Kid Part II

It has some good fight scenes, but overall this film is missing almost all key elements from the first.

The Karate Kid

The Karate Kid is fun, interesting, and action-packed. Highly recommended.

2010

Raiders of the Lost Ark

Terrific acting and great special effects. It's a masterpiece.

Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen

Well, I've re-written this review, this time with an even LOWER score than before. Now, I realize the acting wasn't very good at all. Now, only the special effects and action scenes are good. Also, the film is very boring, if you can believe that. Skip this film.

Star Trek VI - The Undiscovered Country
½

An incredible sci-fi film with lots of mystery and suspense. Tons of action and great acting are thrown in too. A terrific film.

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire

Not as good as Chamber of Secrets, but still a great entry in the series.

Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone

It's not as strong compared to the others, but it's still fun to watch.

Doom
Doom(2005)

Awful acting and a bad script AND it's totally dissapointing. What a terrible movie.

The Day After Tomorrow

It's got lots of great special effects and good acting, but has a bad script and feels kinda empty overall.

Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer

Better special effects and better action sequences. It's a great improvement.

Fantastic Four
½

Lots of action and special effects. It's good enough of a film to watch.

Star Trek V - The Final Frontier

Some good acting and good action sequences. Everything else is awful. The worst Star Trek film in the series.

Star Trek IV - The Voyage Home

It's funny and has lots of great acting. Lots of suspense and action too. It's tied with Star Trek 09 and Star Trek II for best Trek film.

Superman Returns
½

Lots of action and good acting are on-par. I just wish the plot was better. Still, it's a great film.

Superman IV: The Quest for Peace

Boring action, bad plot, awful special effects, a bad villian, bad script, and bad acting (save for Christopher Reeve). This is the worst in the Superman film series.

Superman III
Superman III(1983)
½

Not only does it have a terrible plot and Richard Pryor, it has no heart like the previous film. Good special effects and acting by Christopher Reeve make sure this film isn't completely horrible.

X-Men: The Last Stand
½

Lots of action, great special effects and acting, but no good plot. Truley a disappointing sequel.

X2: X-Men United
½

There's either more of the good stuff or improvements on the good stuff. This is a great sequel and a solid action flick.

X-Men
X-Men(2000)

Lots of action and great special effects. A wonderful comic book movie.

X-Men Origins - Wolverine

Poor special effects. Good acting. OK script. Too many cameos. Bad plot. All of these describe this movie. It felt like I was waiting for the big action scene the whole movie. That scene never came.

Star Wars: The Clone Wars

Not only does it have bad animation and terrible voice acting, it feels like a 90-minute trailer. For die-hard Star Wars fans only.

Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith

Great visuals and good story. But this time, there isn't so much dialouge and lots of action. The best Star Wars prequel.

Star Wars: Episode II - Attack of the Clones

Again, good visuals and a great story. Still, no charector development and too much dialouge. A mediocre entry.

Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace

Great visuals and a good story. Everything else is mediocre at best.

Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi

Not the best Star wars film, but nowhere near the worst. Everything is good except the ewoks. Otherwise, it's a fantastic sci-fi film just like the original two.

Star Wars: Episode V - The Empire Strikes Back

More action and drama make The Empire Strikes Back a great sequel and a fantastic sci-fi film.

Ghostbusters (1984 Original)
½

Lots of action and comedy with great special effects makes this a must-see.

Mortal Kombat: Annihilation

Terrible special effects, story too hard to follow, bad acting, and a bad script. This is one awful movie.

Mortal Kombat

Great special effects and good acting. But this film is missing many things like story and script.

Night at the Museum
½

This film just doesn't have enough momentum to keep going with bad acting and an only OK story. Overall, show this to your kids. You might find some enjoyment out of it. If you're not a parent, stay away. Just to point out: I'm not a parent.

Night at the Museum 2: Battle of the Smithsonian

It has it's moments, but overall it's another bland family film.

Spider-Man 3
Spider-Man 3(2007)
½

Spider-Man 3 is filled with many problems. Besides the great special effects, it has bad acting, an overplotted story, and the film aims more at Peter Parker than Spider-Man.

Terminator Salvation
½

While it's story isn't all that great, the acting, special effects, and action sequences are all top notch. This film comes recommended.

½

This film has more of everything that made the first film good. This is another one of those few sequels that are better than the first.

Spider-Man
Spider-Man(2002)

Spider-Man is loaded with great special effects, great acting, high suspense and drama, and it's lots of fun. Worth seeing or buying.

E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial

E.T. is funny, sad, and facinating. Great movie for all ages.

Jurassic Park III

Even though it's better than The Lost World and the dinosaurs look great, the movie feels more of the same.

The Lost World - Jurassic Park
½

Good special effects can't save this sequel. Bad acting, bad plot, bad script. Overall, a usual terrible sequel.

Jurassic Park

Great special effects, a good story, and good acting makes this film fun to watch.

Ice Age 2: The Meltdown

It's more annoying then entertaining. Great visuals, but bad charectors and story, with very few funny moments. Kids will mostly enjoy it.

Ice Age
Ice Age(2002)

Annoying charectors ruin a lot. The film's saving grace is fine visuals and a good story.

King Kong
King Kong(2005)
½

Good cast and great special effects can't save this extremely long borefest. If you're a fan of Kong, then you'll like it. Everyone else, it's either like it or hate it. I was somewhere in between.

Son of Kong
Son of Kong(1933)
½

This is, sadly, the film that started the sequel trend. Yes, this is the first sequel ever made. And, of course, it's terrible. What did you think it was going to be? It's a sequel! OK acting, but a bland story and a pretty bad script. Don't go near this movie unless you are a TRUE fan of Kong. Everyone else should only see this if they have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ELSE to watch.

King Kong
King Kong(1933)

A horror classic. It's a film that will never get old, even though it was made in 1933. Anyway, it's terrific. Great action, drama, suspense, plot, acting, script, music, romance, fantasy, etc. This film has everything.

Revenge of the Nerds II: Nerds in Paradise

It has some funny moments, but overall it's really just a mediocre sequel.

Revenge of the Nerds

Revenge of the Nerds is funny and has a really catchy theme tune. Great 80s movie.

Jaws: The Revenge

Hey everyone! This is THE worst movie ever made! Am I gonna say anything about it? NOPE! I guess I shouldn't be writing this review then, shouldn't I? Oh well.

Jaws 3
Jaws 3(1983)

Jaws 3 is basically just a big scam. A terrible film in pointless 3-D. So, why no 00%? Well, some parts of this movie are so bad they're good. There are about 2 of these moments.

Jaws 2
Jaws 2(1978)
½

Give it credit for being the best sequel in the Jaws franchise. It had some of the drama that made the first film great, but it wasn't as strong here. Worth looking into though.

Jaws
Jaws(1975)

A classic horror film with lots of great horror. Has lots of drama and suspense in it too. Definitely a MUST-SEE!

Planet of the Apes
½

This film is nowhere near the original, but, as a film itself, it's a great action flick.

Battle For The Planet Of The Apes

Not the greatest of all the sequels, but then again not the worst. It's a good rental at best. Most "ape" fans should like it.

Conquest Of The Planet Of The Apes
½

It's the best sequel of them all with drama, suspense, action, and lots more. It's a great film for all "ape" fans.

Escape from the Planet of the Apes
½

It's first half is funny and the second half was serious. But the first half already took it's toll when the second half came. Did I mention that the Planet of the Apes films and comedy DON'T MIX?

Beneath The Planet Of The Apes

Better than most people say. This film gives us a question almost as big as the first. Pretty good for a sequel.

Planet of the Apes

Terrific sci-fi film with great acting and loads of tremendous action. Watch this film!

RoboCop 3
RoboCop 3(1993)

Special effects are the only thing good in this movie. Everything else is absolutely terrible.

Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan

A sci-fi film with incredible acting, great special effects, lots of action, a good story, and tons of drama and suspense. What more could you possible want in a science fiction film?

Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope
½

This is the heart of science fiction. It's a great movie. If you haven't seen it, and I don't know anyone who hasn't, then go see it.

Star Trek
Star Trek(2009)

Absolutely perfect. Just as good as Star Trek II. If you are a Star Trek fan, you'll love it. If you are not a Star Trek fan, you'll still love it. It's a terrific movie.

The Terminator
