Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 1
6 years ago via Rotten Tomatoes

First of all, let me start by saying that I'm a pretty big fan of the series and ended up seeing it the day it came out. I've also read the story twice, so I assure you all, I know what I'm saying by not giving it a super-high rating. Because this is only part one of the movie, it's not giving us much of an ending- Or even a climax, for that matter. (Sure, there were small ones... But nothing significant, really.)I realize this is something that was bound to happen because the final two movies have too much depth to have in just one movie... I just wish the first one could've been a little more exciting. It never really got up to speed like many of the other Harry Potter movies. It was pretty mellow almost the entire way through, with exception of a couple scenes. That was really all I didn't like about it- It just didn't keep my attention. Unlike the other Potter films, I wasn't really too captivated by this one. The best part about it, though, is that they've really included every detail in the story... In fact, they did this to the point where I knew exactly what was going to happen next. I really admire the directors for following the story so closely in this movie. Overall, it's definitely worth seeing. Just don't expect it to be the best movie yet... Wait for part two maybe.

Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen

I liked the first transformers, and after seeing the trailer for this one, I was definitely excited. I mean, an large-scale action movie with robots? What more could a guy want?

After watching the movie, this I had the answer to my question: A script without so much sexual humor. Sure, it's funny at times... But it loses it's touch when it seems to be the only humor throughout the entire movie. I remember the script being just terrible- There certainly wasn't anything funny about it, and overall just didn't seem to be incredibly well written. The reason I gave it ten percent was for the action- The only redeeming thing about this movie. As much as I hate to admit it, there were some really amazing action scenes in the movie. But that was all I got out of it. Everything else- The acting (Megan Fox needs to stop trying- She was just awful in this), the script, the humor... It was just awful. You might enjoy this if you're a preteen boy, but otherwise, it's just not worth watching.

It's easily the most twisted horror movie I've ever seen. The story took a bit to get going, but once it got going... It was pretty fast-paced. The ending was really unsatisfying, though... I didn't expect it, that's for sure. It's a crazy movie. I've definitely got some complaints, but It was still entertaining. Anyway, it's definitely worth a rent. But don't be expecting a fantastic movie, either.
