The Hunt (2020)
. I think people have some misconceptions about this thinking its only singling out a certain side. It pokes fun at many different stereotypes on both sides of the spectrum and it does it in hilarious and dynamic action packed fashion. Its political/class satire is just as brutal and gutsy as the actual vicious violence/gore. The intensity never lets up and overall I’d give it an 8.2/10.

Bloodshot (2020)
As standard as it gets. It’s purely cgi action revenge spectacle with many cliches though it’s still entertaining. Upgrade was a better adaptation and it wasn’t even based on the comic technically.

The Invisible Man (2020)
An absolutely astounding update of the classic story with genius twists and turns. LEIGH WHANNELL is a brilliant filmmaker with a keen eye for meticulous details and truly shocking thrills. Elizabeth Moss is also incredible and full of emotion and grit in this. SFX have to be some of the best if not the best I’ve ever heard to amplify the scenes with more intensity. You don’t want miss this in the theater.

No Escape (1994)
Moves somewhat slow but it’s a nice dystopian type throwback with a pretty exciting conclusion.

Universal Soldier (1992)
Has some solid action and surprisingly great brutality but the cheese is thick and the story can be a little meandering. Overall a fun action.
