Street Fighter

½

Way back in the year 1994 AD, a movie titled Street fighter came crashing through movie screens everywhere, unaware that the film was garbage, i decided to seek it out for myself, being the 14 year old fan of the computer game that i was.
I went in to the cinema, sat down in my seat, watched some crap Commercials, and then after waiting and waiting, IT FINALLY BEGAN!!!

After 16 years, i am still seriously pissed off with the fact that the movie was Crap!!!.............Raul Julia who died just after the making of the film was an Odd Choice for M Bison, but he leaves some of his legacy in tact and actually is the best part of the film for me.
Jean Claude Van Damme as Guile is hopelessly cheesy as the lead, he almost seems distracted like he would rather be sitting in his Trailer watching re-runs of The Show Bewitched!!

Street Fighter however is sorta watchable, you have to see it to believe it.
I liked some of the Fight Scenes and it is laughably dumb that you are never bored by all the silliness on show.

This is the part of the review where i may explain a little of the plot...............{Not gonna happen,} like the movie, it would be a waste of time.

So overall this is a bad movie that i am recommending you watch at least once, but don't worry because once is enough...............

Paul
Paul (2011)

Simon Pegg and Nick Frost are undoubtedly one of the funniest comedy acts in movies today. And although Paul is not even close to being as fun as Hot Fuzz or Shaun of the Dead, it does have enough entertaining moments to enjoy. The chemistry between our 2 leads is good but we all know that Pegg and Frost don't even have to try too hard to convince us of their friendship simply because they are best buddies off screen as well as on. Seth Rogan does the voice of our foul mouthed and lovable Alien and his interaction with Pegg & Frost is funny. Paul is not perfect, we have seen it so many times before and their are endless other movie references throughout the film. So overall Paul is watchable mainly due to its 3 leads. So Paul may not be as wonderful as ET The Extra Terrestrial, but when it comes to Alien movies................it is a heck of alot better than Mac and Me!!!

The Birds
The Birds (1963)

Does anyone remember The Birds 2 Lands end?????
NO.......of course not...its a complete pile of crap.
There is only one Killer Birds movie that is a Classic and thats Alfred Hitchcocks Original.

When i first saw this movie i was about 10 years old and it has a very JAWS like quality to it, in which instead of Getting into the water....i was scared to get out of the house. There are some great set pieces to this movie, the part in the cafe when the birds attack is a stand out.

So the next time you are walking down the street and you see a pack of birds sitting on a wire, Just remember to say to yourself........THANK GOD IT WAS JUST A MOVIE!!
