You've got to be flocking kidding me. I have officially lost all hope in the film industry. (Until the new Ghibli film comes out.)
I can't believe the critics liked this shite! How is it possible to like the worst singer of the centuary? It just makes me sad. It really does.
Why was this so popular? I don't get it. It just seems like an average Pixar film to me. I can't see how this was called a masterpiece, either. It was alright, but just not for me.
The only thing I really, really enjoyed, was seeing Totoro make an appearence in the film. (My Neighbour Totoro, now that's a childrens' masterpiece!)
What a pleasent film. I actually laughed! It was delightful and adults and children will love it. I don't usually like CGI films. I feel they've ruined the true art of animation which is traditional hand-drawn on paper. It's no masterpiece, but it's a very nice film nontheless.
Another good film from the Harry Potter series. These are words from a friend, "It followed the plot of the book unlike the other films." However, I felt the whole time that the film was 'dumbed' down by the constantly depressive atmosphere. It could've been better if there had just been a bit more spark and excitement like the other films. Overall, it is still a good film. But unless you're a fan of the other films or books, you'll probably have difficulty getting into this.
A forgotten treasure from France. The 2nd animation to ever use stop-motion puppets. The animation is jerky, but for it's time it's incredibly smooth animation. It's great seeing the wolf is not an evil character like they're often wrongly portrayed. This is a facinating and beautiful masterpeice that deserves more fame. A real piece of animation history.
