Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows

Awfully lame, not much to love with this movie. The story is pretty much a mess, the dialogue between Holmes and Watson seems forced and tedious. Downey, Harris, Fry and Rapace try their best to make it a bit interesting. Law as in the first gives a dull performance. The score is very annoying as it follows much of the first movie, just more predictable. Too many stupid action scenes and CGI slow-Mo gimmicks, too little clever deduction. It all seems to be just a big moneymaking opportunity for the studio and the producers. Mind-numbing mainstream movie fare sadly! Hopefully they are not shoving a 3rd one down our throat.

Very beautiful and tender love story that takes place in the brutal mobster world of Los Angeles.
Great performances through out, esp. Albert -keep sharp objects away from him- Brooks, Ryan Gosling, Carey Mulligan and pretty much every body else!
A DEFINITE MUST SEE!

Dropping the F-bomb 10 times per sentence does not necessary make a clever comedy. It rather points to the limitation of the writers.

The sequel has snappy, funny and witty dialog and a superb performance by Downey Jr. The additions of Rockwell, Shandling and Jackson bring interesting aspects to the more character based and more edgy story telling. (I just like to see good acting)Mickey Rourke makes an great villan. The talented Gwyneth Paltrow should get some more interesting things to do in the next one though. How about a suit for Gwynnie?! Too bad she is not in the Avengers ........
I liked Iron Man 2 a lot, cant wait for No 3!

A down and out coach turned busboy/divorced father is teaming up with a female basketball team. Sam Rockwell and a great supporting team bring this story to life superbly. I had a lot of fun with this movie!!!
