Don't understand the subterranean ratings. Yeah, it's B, but that's already known. Mark Hamill is a down and out cop with history of bad luck. His sidekick is a animal scientist helping Mark protect a genius dog from an experiment gone wrong. There's a lot of good moments, and I think it's safe to say if not for the last 15 minutes of the movie, people might not have been left with such a bad taste in their mouths.
Ok, it's about time we all gave Chuck some real respect. THe mother fucker stuck it out with Cannon through some years and remained his stoic, dry self through thick and thin, and many a genre. This movie, the formula is anything but typical. I mean really, Chuck in a horror sci-fi? But it's really good.
It seems the state of humanity is grim. The lieutenant somehow navigates his world rather swiftly motivated by duty or addiction? Either way, I laughed inside most the time cause I didn't want to admit that I'm sick fuck too.
