As a fan of the original movie, I went in with high expectations. I wasn't let down. This film finally gives us a worthy sequel to the 1999 hit "The Blair Witch Project". While the original movie slowly builds tension over time, Blair Witch goes straight for the jugular as soon as the main characters reach the infamous Black Hills. I highly recommend for the horror buffs out there.

X-Men: The Last Stand

This entry isn't a bad movie but it is a letdown compared to X1 & X2. The first thing that rubbed me wrong is Cyclops being killed off in the first 20 minutes. I liked the Phoenix character but to me this film was simply overcrowded.

X2: X-Men United

I thought this was better than the first film in my opinion. Its pretty much a continuation of X-Men's Origins than it is of X-Men. Ends with the death of Jean Gray and the rise of the Phoenix.

While this movie is very good to me it seems awful crowded...much like X-Men: The Last Stand does. I recommend nonetheless. Wolverine & Mystique steal the show here in my opinion.

X-Men fans will amount his review to blasphemy but I actually like this movie. The biggest grip that I hear about this movie is the interpretation of Deadpool played by Ryan Reynolds. In the X-Men comics there is about 10-15 different versions of the X-Men characters and the version of Deadpool in this movie is not a bad version. The original Deadpool was a villian so I'm fine with him being a villian here.
