Nice animation/CGI but completely lacking the "Disney" style humour and wonder of the original. Undue concentration on violence scared the kiddies. The real question is "Why?"
Boring rubbish that makes no sense at all with numerous time-wasting scenes that serve absolutely no purpose. No wonder the critics rave about it. Worst Tarantino by a country mile. Pacino and DiCaprio are great actors and Margot Robbie deserves so much better than his tripe. What a waste.
Worst Michael Moore film to date. All over the place. Disjointed stories about Trumps ascendancy, lead contaminated water in Flint, teachers striking for more pay , school shootings and a pathetic link to the rise of Hitler and fascism. Was expecting much better and more thorough exploration of one key story rather than this conglomeration of disparate events.
A superbly rich creation that reminded me of such cinema masterpieces as Seven Samurai and Life is Beautiful . This magnificent film gives us a glimpse of turbulent life in 1971 Mexico but it is really about love, and the indomitability of humanity even in the midst of inhumanity.
Pointless gory garbage not deserving even :woeful Bullock
