Frozen 2 can't avoid being a little less original and fresh than its predecessor, but it brings a stronger story and better character arcs. And the music is equally beautiful and enchanting. Also, Disney does a fantastic job of keeping the vibe of the original, but creating a different color palette and design. An exceptional sequel that lives up to the original.
This is one of the most disappointing horror films I've ever seen. Brutal, poorly written, badly plotted and jarringly inconsistent with it's predecessor. It disrespects all of it's characters and tacks on a dark, confusing ending.
One of the most underrated and satisfying 80's slasher films. Scary, funny and fun. Jamie Lee Curtis is missed, but Donald Pleasence gives his best performance of the series and Danielle Harris is a very solid child actor.
Messy, badly plotted and uneven. Some good performances, great cinematography and awesome music. But the story has no thrust and the direction is very weak.
Excellent film. Elegant, scary and emotionally potent with a stunning performance by Jamie Lee Curtis and a rousing finale. Not as atmospheric and perfect as the original, but a worthy and satisfying companion piece that stands on its own.
