Onscreen chemistry between the two leads (who as we know are together in real life) make this turn your brain off feature length sitcom episode worth a weekend watch. Even if you've seen it so many times, and still find it hard to suspend all disbelief.
Pixar, once again, gives things a new perspective, and leads the way into a new direction for old characters.
It's hokey in parts, and a little too fast paced, but puts enough of a face lift on what we've seen before. I would have liked to see more in the way of original music and dance, as well as have things placed in a historical setting.
Great visuals, but confusing for anyone who hasn't seen or doesn't know the show.
Time travel and tribulation, with the eventual victory, and sacrifice.
