If it wasn't for small bits of CGI and lots of Japanese style screaming ghost faces, this could have been made back in Hammer's hay day. The film is slightly let down by the fact that too much is shown on screen. I've always felt that less is more when it comes to a psychological thriller, make a suggestion and let the viewer fill in the blanks. Ultimately, this enjoyable, but it's not as scary as it could, or should be.
