Star Trek Into Darkness

This film has it all; action, humor, even a couple "aw" moments. "into Darkness" is one of my favorite movies this summer, hands down. After the huge successful reboot in 2009, this was a long awaited film, and it delivered indeed. A must see. A

Puss in Boots

I was cautious about this spin-off of Shrek, but it was actually pretty enjoyable. I loved the character Humpty Dumpty and Kitty Softpaws, cheesy jokes, and had beautiful animation. Didn't bore me through the movie, but it was an OK film over all.

The Watch
The Watch(2012)

The Watch was pretty stupid with the plot, but I still loved it. The humor was amazing, I mainly saw it because of the cast, and came out pleased. Definitely a guys movie...but this movie made me laugh

American Pie
American Pie(1999)

This movie was The plot seemed stupid, but ended up being really enjoyable. I don't remember the last time I laughed as hard in this film. Probably one of my favorites.

Scary Movie
Scary Movie(2000)

This parody wasn't that bad at all. What I expected, VERY stupid (but in a funny and good way). A parody I actually enjoyed a little.

Ice Age: Continental Drift

This movie wasn't that bad. Went to the midnight release, and came out pleased by another kid's movie. I thought this one was the funniest. When I felt it was gonna go downhill, they threw in Scrat or something else out of the ordinary. The plot was actually decent, and felt it wasn't JUST for little kids. Families would probably enjoy it.

Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter

This movie impressed me. Just saw the midnight release, and walked out very pleased. Stayed pretty close to the book, gore was amazing, and I loved Henry and Speed. One of my favourite movies of the summer.

The Three Stooges

I have not seen any original films, so I can't compare this one with the originals. However, this did bring a smile to my face, and I enjoyed it quite a bit.

Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted

This movie was actually pretty good. Kept me entertained through-out, laughed at a couple parts. It touched with my inner child, and I don't see that everywhere. A must see for every family.

Back to the Future Part II

Finally, a movie with a good sequel! The plot I loved because they go to 2015 and then back to 1955. Even though it could be confusing, it was still entertaining to watch. The way they represented 2015 made me laugh, but was in awe. A very worthy sequel; hope the third is good as well.

White Chicks
White Chicks(2004)

I'm giving this movie %50. The movie was OK, one of the better movies like this I've seen. However, it's very childish and stupid, it brought a smile to my face.

Men in Black III

I went into this movie very cautious, thinking this movie would be a flop like the second one. I was very impressed walking out. Josh Brolin did a really good job as a young Agent K, I couldn't keep a straight face. The worms playing the bagpipes, and singing Amazing Grace made me laugh. The aliens were cool, and the twist at the end was amazing. Definitely one I'll buy when it comes out.

Big Daddy
Big Daddy(1999)

This movie was actually pretty good. I'm a big fan of Sandler, and I just adored this movie. It had humor (decent humor), and the Sprouse twins! Lovely plot, I just wanted to hug Sonny.

This movie wasn't that bad. I was nervous going in, but came out pleased. I'm not a huge fan of the actors, but they were good. Guy Pearce was funny, loved his wise-cracks. Plot was good, pretty straight forward.

The Cabin in the Woods

What better movie to see on Friday the 13th than Cabin In The Woods??? This movie was amazing! You don't see horror movies like this every day. The idea of having people control who dies is wonderful. Probably one of the best horror movies in the past 2-3 years.

I did not see this in 3-D, but I'm glad I didn't. This movie was absolutely beautiful! The romance between Jack and Rose felt so real, and it makes you happy. When the ship sinks, it makes you dread and hope that they'll be together no matter what. Not once have I ever almost cried in a movie. Great job James Cameron, you deserved those Oscars.

Saw II
Saw II(2005)

I liked this one better than the first. It was a lot bloodier, and it had a better game, with more people. I just LOVED the ending.

Pretty good start for a franchise. It was very tense, and a mind-bender. Just the kind of movie(s) I like to watch.

Saw VI
Saw VI(2009)

This was the first movie in the series that I have seen. Although I was kind of lost, it was a very decent film.

The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo

This movie wasn't too bad. Both versions were amazing, but I have to say that I liked the American one better. With Rapace, i didn't really feel the Salander character.

Mirror Mirror

This movie was OK for the most part. Kind of funny some parts, but other than that it's just bland. I love the dwarves though.

The Hunger Games

This movie was amazing! The book was good, and the movie did a great job following it. Sure they changed little things, but it's nothing to freak out about. Josh Hutcherson was good as Peeta, Liam Hemsworth I didn't really care about. /everyone else was good for the parts. I highly recommend this movie, completely worth the time and money.

Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance

This movie was so disappointing. My hopes weren't too high when i went into this, but wow...just wow. Worst Marvel movie I've seen so far. The effects were OK, but the plot sucked. They even changed the whole signing the deal with the devil thing! It didn't feel like Ghost Rider at all.

The Lion King II: Simba's Pride

The more I think about, it's actually pretty good. I don't understand why Disney made it straight-to-video after a huge success, but this movie was enjoyable. Maybe a few gaps, but it was a nice concept and I just love Kovu and Kiara.

Final Destination 5

Believe it or not, this was the first Destination movie I've seen. But I thought it was pretty good. The deaths were amazing (in 3D) but I laughed at almost all of the deaths. Graphics were ok, characters were cool. Decent movie overall.

The Woman in Black

Really freaky...the trailers looked kinda stupid, but this really freaked me out, and this is coming from a scary/horror movie fanatic! I jumped through half the movie, and it has a solid plot. I think this movie did good, congrats to the director...The Woman In Black is one of the best scary movies I've seen in the past year.

The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo

I have not seen the Swedish version, but when I saw this, it blew my mind. Rooney Mara was AMAZING as Lisbeth Salander. I even think the movie is better than the book in my opinion. Daniel Craig was ok, but I never would've expected Rooney Mara to pull off this roll. She did, and now she's nominated for an Oscar. Way to go Mara, and Fincher was a fantastic director. Hopefully there'll be The Girl Who Played With Fire.

A Christmas Story

My all time favourite Christmas movie. A nice, non cliched Christmas movie about a boy's journey of whatever it takes to get a Red-rider BB gun, with other hilarities along the way: the leg lamp, :fudge:", Randy eating like a pig never gets old!

Miracle on 34th Street

A holiday classic. "Christmas isn't just a day; it's a frame of mind!" 'nough said.

Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1

The film was very slow, but decent all together. The first half is the wedding and the honeymoon and Bella begging Edward to make love with her again (bad move there Bella!) She ends up pregnant and that's where it picks up the pace. The birthing scene was AMAZING!!! Waaaayyyyyy to DRAMATIC.

I re-watched this today, and i came to realization that i under-estimated this film. I like Wes Craven, and this was a decent film from him. This almost got an NC-17 rating, but who cares. This movie was good with Ghostface, and the plot. This is my second favorite in the series.

Wow, this blew me away. For a really low budget movie, this kinda creeped me out. There were a few times where i flinched, and THAT'S the sign of a good horror movie. B+

Scream 4
Scream 4(2011)

So, I finally got around to watching this, and all I can say is wow. This movie was amazing. Has to be my favorite one. The twist really got me; never saw it coming. "New decade, new rules".

Paranormal Activity 3

THE best Paranormal movie so far. More aggressive and violent, a LOT better scare scenes, especially the whole bloody mary thing, and good acting. the last 15-20 minutes had m on the edge of my seat. From the looks of it, there might just be yet ANOTHER movie. In summary: they keep getting better, and a little scarier.

Paranormal Activity 2

Better attempt. Pretty slow start, better scare scenes, and a good prequel. I saw this at a midnight premiere, and i paid my money's worth, unlike the first Paranormal movie. This one is worth watching.

Paranormal Activity

This movie was half and half for me. Not that scary, but decent attempt of a horror movie.

A suprisingly good film. One of my favorite scary movies. Good chills where they're supposed to be, nice action, good acting, amazing plot! This movie has not failed me when i thought it would.

X-Men: The Last Stand

I could really care less about this movie. i expected it to be good considering the past two movies, but this flopped. Origins: Wolverine was better.

Pretty decent. Good plot, fighting, and action. A nice ride, a pretty decent introduction.

X2: X-Men United

Although a rather long sequel, it was good. Better than the first, but not as good as First Class. The plot was perfect, and we were intoduced to a new character. I opnly saw this movie once, but it has good acting and fighting. A nice ride all together; I recomend this Marvel series.

Vampires Suck

This movie is under-rated. After thinking about it,it's actually really funny. Actors are pretty good, amazing jokes. This movie is a MUST see.

The Lion King

Saw this in 3D, and i forgot how amazing this film is. Troubles with the Pride Land, Simba on a quest of becoming king; just a good movie. The 3D was actually decent for once on an animated film.

Spider-Man 2
Spider-Man 2(2004)

The best in the series so far. Not muc to say about it, but it was really good.

Death of a Ghost Hunter

Pretty good. Kinda freaky really...

Transformers: Dark of the Moon

Yeah, not the best robot movie, but decent enough. This made up for the dissapointing Revenge of the Fallen. Graphics good, but why the girlfriend? There doesn't really have to be a girlfriend.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2

A pretty good movie. My 2nd or 3rd favorite HP movie. Action and graphics were phenomenol. A must-see.

Pan's Labyrinth

A pretty good movie. Nice plot, very well shot. Pretty freaky too...not bad a spanish film.

Seed of Chucky

The series gets old. They should've ended at 3 in my opinion. It was kind of a stupid movie. Funny at parts, but like i said it gets old watching the series. I'll be very impressed if they can come up with another idea.

It's ok, but nothing too special.

Tron Legacy
Tron Legacy(2010)

Pretty good. The visuals were amazing.

The Secret of My Success

It's okay, but really not that great. No other Michael J. Fox movie will beat the Back To The Future my opinion. Funny at times, plot was kinda lame, and so was the acting.

Bride of Chucky

Probaby has to be my favorite in the series. Personally, Chucky just needs to stay dead. I won't be shocked if they make a remake, or have a new one in general.

Child's Play
Child's Play(1988)

I liked the idea, but the way it turned out was kinda stupid.

Apollo 18
Apollo 18(2011)

A very well thought out movie. Brief summary, "paranormal activity" on the moon. Pretty good jump scenes, way better than Paranormal Activity. Probably end up a movie I'll buy on DVD.

The Ring Two
The Ring Two(2005)

A perfect sequal. Very rarely do you find fantastic sequels, and this is one of them! Very well done, pretty much solves what's left at the end of the first movie. Good acting, good shooting, very well made.

The Ring
The Ring(2002)

Really good movie! Kinda creepy, but not scary. It's a perfect movie to freak your friends out with, and just wonderful plot.

50 First Dates

A good Sandler film! One of my favorites. Lots of heart, and hilarity.

I only saw half this film, and it was decent so far...
True and honest review comoing soon....

An okay movie. Definitely true about how people use social media cites like Facebook nowadays.

I have not seen the original yet. But the movie is kinda pointless. Not scary, very very predictable.

Pretty enjoyable. Good action, good plot, very intense. Kinda funny at times too. Decent movie all together.

The Dark Knight

Beautiful. Absolutely wonderful!! Good plot, action, and actors. Heath Ledger is THE best Joker ever! Hands down. Too bad he died.

The Last Exorcism

This movie is half and half. Saw it twice in theatres, and i own it. Acting's ok, pretty slow start, but it was decent over all.

Life as We Know It

A fairly decent movie. Not a big fan the actors, but it was ok.

Bride Wars
Bride Wars(2009)

A decent movie. I like Hathaway too, so even better. Brought some pretty good laughs too. Gotta love when the brides sabatoge each other.

Cowboys & Aliens

I went into this kinda hesitant. Craig doesn't look like he should be in a western movie. But this turned out to be a really good movie. Graphics blew me away, and seeing Ford again was amazing. The aliens looked awesome, and the action was cool. A pretty fun ride. B

Last summer's blockbuster hit. I've only seen it once, so i had no clue what it was. A dream, whithin a dream, within a dream...the action was good, the graphics OF the inception were really good, (I think the top fell down at the end!)

Super 8
Super 8(2011)

One of my fav movies of this summer. Speilburg and Abrams together on a project is just amazing!!! With Spielberg's "Poltergeist" and Abram's wonderful remake of "Star Trek", comes this beautiful movie. The train scene blew my mind. The acting was decent, for a cast of nobodys of course. I'd def see it again.

Source Code
Source Code(2011)

Another pretty good movie of summer 2011. Good plot, nice action. Everything felt real...What if u actually only had 8 minutes to change something...

A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors

With the exception of "New Nightmare", this is my number one fav in the series.

Terminator 2: Judgment Day

Easily, one of my favorite movies ever. T2 has a good plot, acting, and u gotta love the bad-boy 14 year-old John Connor.

Forrest Gump
Forrest Gump(1994)

This movie doesn't have a specific plot, and that's what makes it amazing! Tom Hanks is an amzing actor, and this movie just blew me away. Lovely!

I like Tim Burton, but what was the whole idea of this movie?! They guy Beetlegeus only had like 20-30 minutes of screen time, and it was not funny. Some chuckles, nothing major. This is my least favorite Tim Burton film.

Funny People
Funny People(2009)

I found this un-funny, and kinda stupid. Adam Sandler has disappointed me. Jokes were stale, un-humorous, and all blah blah blah. It drags out for 2 and a half hours.

Captain America: The First Avenger

Marvel, you have done it again! Fantastic adaption. I never read Captain America, but this was just an amazing film.

Very enjoyable. Gotta love Woody Harrelson's character. Has humor, and a Bill Murray cameo. Even better.

Really good movie from speilburg yet again. Just a classic horror movie.

X-Men: First Class

Very very good! Te best one in the series, by far!

Easy A
Easy A(2010)

Very good movie indeed. Some very funny parts, and it's true about todays teens. Ema Stone does an amazing job as OLive

Back to the Future

4 stars. I found this to be a really good movie. With humor, (and doc of course), this movie is a lot of fun. Another great 80s movie.
