They didn't exactly copy the whole anime but its still kawaii on its own. The only bad thing in this was that the kids casted lacked in acting and their character feels different.
One of the funniest Japanese films ever! I relly had a good time with this film. Diretor Shinobu Yaguchi usually makes the best out of all the leads in his movies.
A pretty confusing drama film mixed with psychology. I also liked Aoi Miyazaki's performance here. If you're thinking this is some film about cats and shit, you're wrong. It's just about a guy and his memories.
Surprisingly Good! Whatta journey! This film was well-balanced with its humor, character development and pacing. It's refreshing to see contemporary jfilms shot in a rural village and it has depth towards the passion and love for forestry. Its disgusting yet funny. This film also tackles about being a real mountain man and the beliefs and traditions in the mountains. I was quite surprised to see with the involvement of paranormal entity on one scene of this film. And I really saw Shota Sometani's booty so many times in this film afff. If you're a fan of him, this film is you should be watching next.
The plot and goals may not be as solid as its predecessor but the fighting scenes are awesome and dope. Though the perfect answer here is actually the worst answer.
AMAZING TRIPLE C! Amazing concept, amazing casting and amazing characters. Everything's amazing with this one except for the open ending. I got shit scared and major thrilled on how the characters will survive on the first 30 mins of the film.
