Rating History

The Dark Knight Rises
4 years ago via Rotten Tomatoes

"The Dark Knight Rises" in the end is really nothing more than a really well done action movie. It's the weakest in the series in my opinion with not a very good screenplay. But I wouldn't be surprised if it gets a few nominations for best film editing or sound editing.

Coraline (2009)
5 years ago via Rotten Tomatoes

Coraline is an animated masterpiece. Visually amazing, well crafted, super creative and the score is also awesome.

Inception (2010)
5 years ago via Rotten Tomatoes

Inception has a great concept and that's what the movie is all about. But its so focused on the idea that it forgets about the characters. It's impossible to care for anyone because everyone has no definitive personality. Its just really technical and that's what the director Christopher Nolan is all about when it comes to any of his films. Spectacular visual effects though that actually have a purpose and aren't just there for show alone.

The Adjustment Bureau
5 years ago via Rotten Tomatoes

I refused to see "The Adjustment Bureau" in theaters because I thought it would be a mediocre film. But then many months later my brother rents it from the library and so I say "what the heck?" I watched it and I regretted my decision. I found "The Adjustment Bureau" to be surprisingly really good. It definitively has a good amount of flaws but in the end I thought it was really well crafted, thoughtful and moving movie. I even thought the "Hollywood" ending to be good. I don't know... these days you can't be too picky on love stories.
