Not bad as it seems for guy pierce but this one marks a outer space adventure with mediocre cast and acting but still enjoyable flick. 3 out of 5

Death Race 3: Inferno

If the porn industry makes a blockbuster like Michael Bay's Transformers. This film is a resemblance to it. Explosions, weird acting, worst dialogue with a non sense story. Straight to DVD B-grade action. 1.5 out of 5 stars.

Chappie (2015)

That was really disappointing. I'm expecting more from a Neil Blomkamp Sci-fi film as I was a fan of his works. District 9 was epic to me. Elysium was so so ok and I like it. And this one was bad in a way that you would think this film could have been a lot better. The presentation, the execution and the story telling is already there. But at least they could put a little more effort to make this film great. I can see really see it. It's like the first half of this film is like watching a spoiled brat Robot turning into a gangsta that needs more attention. And the casting I mean, I love Hugh Jackman in this film, I thought he is great as a villain. As well as Sigourney Weaver, I thought she is also good in this film. But the rest of the casting is bad IMO. Especially from the ganster side. One character Ninja, I thought that dude is just annoying. They could get another one. And some part of the story is just unnecessary. Especially when they force to train this Robot into a deadly machine. At some point, it tries to be funny which is not really funny. I was like, stop it already, it made scenes more cheesy. The good part is, the blu-ray is fantastic. And I love the effects on this film. Blomkamp should made more action scenes in this film. The last part is awesome though. Wish it could have been one of the best sci-fi this year. No wonder it was released early this year. Heard it will have a sequel. But no, and I agree with the critics on this one. They're right! It's a fair 3/5 for me.

Kung Fury

This short film is nutz! It's a sci-fi action & adventure with over the top dumb fun action craziness all over the place and an awesome 80's theme. I dig it! I love the creativeness they put in this film and the kudos from the guys behind it. If you want to divert your attention from watching more serious films, watch this one. I wish it could have been longer. I can't wait for the sequel though.

Kurt Cobain: Montage Of Heck

This is an awesome documentary. It's more of an intimate portrait of Cobain's life! I like the animation and the montages of art they put to it. They combine art and story telling of Cobain's life at the same time. It is fascinating. I love Nirvana and Nevermind is one the best Rock albums ever. If your not a fan, you will still appreciate the creativity they did on this film. I love it! And IMO, a must have. Amazing job by Brett Morgen. Perfect 5!
