Such a feel good film. Chemistry was great and everything felt really real. Some sad moments and a lot of happy ones. Overall it is pretty dang good.
What a surprise this film was. Beautifully shot and the story being told just amazed me. Great performances throughout and overall a great film.
Definitely not as good as the first but still not too bad. Kinda got really boring at times but I still found myself enjoying it.
Honestly this film isn't very good. The dialog is horrible and I the action just was too much. The DCCU has not started very good and that is very sad.
Honestly, hype aside, this film was actually pretty funny. James Franco for me was the reason I enjoyed this as much as I did because he is hysterical in this film. Everyone else sadly is not and I the whole CIA moments were a complete miss. Overall it was pretty funny and I'm sure I'll rewatch it many times with friends over the years.
Tells an okay story but becomes a snore fest way too fast. Nothing against Justin but the pace kills the film.
Okay film that dragged and dragged. Loved seeing Harrison Ford play a great role but other than that performances were just okay. Decent film but I do not think anyone will remember it after a while.
I'm not normally one to disagree with the critics but I can make an exception with this film. This film is fun and delivers in what it set out to do. Some side plots and romances felt out of place and unnecessary but that doesn't ruin the film. The ending practically has you begging for a sequel. Such a great journey!
Very powerful film that is very well directed. The story being told is phenomenal and Chris Evans gives the performance of his career. Only gripe I have with the film is the ending. Great film!
Great film showcasing a story that needed to be told on the big screen. All the emotional moments hit but the rest of the film felt slow and it kept getting slower and slower. Great performances all around and that really helped the movie.
Although not being from one of the big animation studios, Epic is still a pretty good film. Contains a lot of great voice talent but unfortunately doesn't pay off a lot of the time. Overall it's an okay film and I enjoyed it for the most part.
Slow at times but still pretty enjoyable. Chemistry all around was pretty good and the story kept me intrigued. Definitely has potential to get better.
This film knows exactly what it is and delivers in every aspect. Such a hilarious journey to be had. Only negative I have is how some of the greater characters felt underused and the side plot felt in the way.
One of the greatest popcorn films I have ever seen! Chemistry is great between all the characters and everyone gets their screen time. The antagonist , Ronin, is underdeveloped and lacks most of the things that make up a great villain but that doesn't take anything away from the film. This film is fun and you will have a great time watching it. The soundtrack is phenomenal and ties in with the film amazingly. One of the greatest films of the year for sure. Can't wait for the sequel!
Fun holiday film with some horrendous acting. Starts off slow but gets better towards the second act. Overall it's okay and Tim Allen is great as always.
One of the most memorable films I have ever seen! The performances all around are phenomenal and J.K. Simmons' ferocious ambition really makes you feel for Miles Teller and his choices throughout. Great film!
Although being the shortest journey in Middle Earth this film definitely did not disappoint. Character interaction and overall performances were great and the battle scenes were always epic. Some plot points felt forced and just added for fan service but I felt it worked for the film. Overall it's a great sending off to Middle Earth and I wouldn't want it any other way. Thank you Peter Jackson.
As someone who serves in the military and is currently in sniper training, this film greatly impacted me. Not many people understand what soldiers go through and I think this film depicts it perfectly and on a very personal level. Only gripe was how some soldiers operated and cleared building because that's not how it's done. Performances are fantastic and Bradley Copper was phenomenal.
