Completely confusing piece of stuff. Seagal still cannot make movies.
Powerful trailer, seems a faithful recreation of the time.
Tediously repetitious and tinny music score, shoddy camera work, rubbery acting, flakey story, it starts off in a clumsy manner and then gets worse--sorry but there is just nothing much here.
Critics love it, people loathe it, and the disparity is a chasm wide.
This one made more than $60 million, so the critics were ignored and almost 80% of the audience enjoyed the film. Critics fall all over each other looking for ways to make religious themes look silly. Nice to see the crickets get their due.
