Bigger Fatter Liar
9 hours ago via Rotten Tomatoes

Losing just about all of the magic the original had by reusing almost every single joke, Bigger Fatter Liar is I guess what you'd expect it to be, a cheesy sequel with little redeeming qualities.

Fantastic Four
11 hours ago via Rotten Tomatoes

Although the script is bad and the characters are bad and the acting is bad, this original adaptation of the Fantastic Four is nonetheless a fun retrospective watch.

Bottom of the World
15 hours ago via Rotten Tomatoes

The lead actor is kind of a drag and the movie becomes less and less original and interesting in its second act, but Bottom of the World features plenty moments of skillfully inspired surrealism, a very good performance by Jena Malone, and more than enough ideas to think about after its over.

La BÍte (The Beast)
22 hours ago via Rotten Tomatoes

There's an identifiable line between using extreme content for social commentary and using extreme for the sake of having it there. The Beast crosses that line many times over. Any sort of social commentary or point that the movie may have is buried so far beneath the incessant sequences of grotesque, gross, and repulsive imagery that serves no other purpose than to shock the audience. A waste of a movie and an even bigger waste of time.

Shaft
Shaft (1971)
5 days ago via Rotten Tomatoes

There's nothing too exceptional in Shaft but it has stood the test of time relatively well for a blaxploitation film and serves as an entertaining thriller with plenty of well-rounded characters and exciting action sequences.
