really funny film, the mixture of jonah hill and channing tatum worked really well, and the humour from jonah hill pulled off, looking at this film may come across as another poor spoof movie but thats not the impression many people got when watching it

The Guardian
The Guardian (2006)

I'm surprised that this film didn't receive the good praise it deserves, in my opinion 'The Guardian' is my favourite film. This is one of Ashton Kutchers earliest films and which kick started his career along with 'That 70's show', Ashton plays a big headed, self obsessed swimming champion named Jake Fischer , who in his school won all the accolades possible, we see that this gave him confidence when trying out for the U.S coast guard team despite being offered scholarships.

Ben Randall, played by Kevin Costner doubts Jake's motives which leaves Jake feeling poignant and unfairly treated. Eventually Ben realizes he's reaching the end of his career and decides to take Jake (Ashton Kutcher) under his wing.

'The Guardian' is a inspirational movies about real-life hero's which aren't praised enough in modern day life as they sacrifice their own life in order to keep others safe. Seeing these heroic moments in the film may make people think about the real-life men who proceed in this job day in day out and sends out a message that is 'you can do whatever you want'.

The music in the film i fell also adds to it being a exceptional film, the fairly slow encouraging music makes you feel like you want to help the characters on screen, and the rap performed by the U.S coast guards inspires people.

Not only the will the director have to inspire the cast for their roles in an inspirational film but tries to inspire the audience and make them believe and feel feeling towards the characters as if they were in their life's and this asset is what makes a good film.

The Amazing Spider-Man

ive just been to see the new spiderman, and obviously andrew garfields and emma stone performances were exceptional which was expected, but it hought rhys ifans (the lizard) played a superb role, considering he has played a happy, clumsy, easily pushed around character in notting hill and to change roles and play a violent, viscous villian in spiderman clearly show what a great and versatile actor he really is.
