I am a Mexican American, and I must say this movie made our people look bad! The movie it's self was okay, not the best but okay. My children thought it was funny, and watched it until the very end! I wouldn't have paid to see this movie, but RedBox works just as well. It's cute and full of cultural, so enjoy!
Anybody who has seen the original cartoon movie, knows how depressing and extremely sad this movie really was, and the movie is no different. It was a little boring and none of my children could actually sit through the whole movie. I however really enjoyed it, but I must admit I too was getting a little restless, it was extremely dark and sad.
In the beginning you see this man beating on Dumbos mother, and eventually he dies, but make no mistake Tim Burton does not disappoint when it comes to dark movies. I don't know if you should take your young children to this movie, a little too dark and depressing for them. But if you're a fan of Tim Burton and love dark movies, this is it for you. Enjoy!
I must admit, that this movie is a must go see, even my toddler sat through the whole movie, and loved it. I laughed from the beginning to the end. Some lines, adults will get, but the kiddos will not.
I highly recommend this movie, and I'am no where near a Pokemon freak, nor do I know anything about it, all I do know is that this movie is amazing, and funny and worth going to see. I hope you enjoy it as much and me and my family did.
