bleeeeaaarrrch yucccchhhh puke
now, ain´t it funny how the fattened critics again and again aren´t able to taste the finer ingredients in their multiple meals? this series is a wonderful genre mix with nice socio-poetic spices, good acting and great world building and aesthetics ... like led zeppelin was already a great genre mix bluesrock band before the critics got it.
they just loud. fun for the common sewer rat.
if you´re looking for the culmination of pathetic clichée and over-acting: you´ve found it!
fantastic. this is true to the comicbook series.
hmmm. i do not understand the good rating. season 1 (and season 2, too) were a spielbergian joy for kids, juveniles and grown ups who love the eighties and sci-fi and mild horror. this is just predictable comedy for kids.
boy this is annoying. this is for people with no fantasy at all.
what a fantastic season 1. and then the idiots kill off danny, the only real hook in the series. actually, the whole thing screamed for a few seasons with danny as center of it all, then bring an unbelievable twist. nope. game over.
meeh. not fish nor fowl. do they write this from episode to episode without planned out structure? the minute they began to conjure, the whole thing became ludicrous.
pure sensation. while the people who are writing STD do not understand star trek, people who are writing THE ORVILLE do, though this is just an hommage. a wonderful hommage.
good stuff. what a pity this doesn´t go on.
getting worse and worse. badly written sci fantasy for 12 year old kids. this show is written by people who do not understand star trek. positive: you can go for a pee or cook or do your laundry when this is on. doesn´t matter.
time-paradox ridden sub-mediocre cheese
meeeh. now that you´ve accepted (after season 1 and 2) that you´re in an over-the-top fantasyworld full of serial killers and permanent death-scenes, they bring in season 3 and it´s just a boring remake of the movie with ralph fiennes. so we are bereaved of all the visual appeal we were forced to love in season 1 and 2.
ok. once you´ve accepted (after watching season one) that this is a completely over the top serial killer world with all too many killers and permanent slasher- and gore-deaths which nobody could ever manage to arrange that way, season 2 a very good take on this "fantasy" world.
