Piranha 3DD
Piranha 3DD(2012)

One of the worst movies ever made. I am not going to fast my keyboard on it.

Chis Nolan. Nuff said.

Evil Dead
Evil Dead(2013)

I liked it a lot. It pays just the right homage to the original without looking like a rip-off. it has its bit of humor but it is a much darker take on the story than the Sam Raimi version. I liked how they added the point about the sister being on drugs. It gave a reason for them to stay there and to not believe what she says at first long enough for things to go really bad. It was not trying to be an extremely emotional movie but it added enough emotion to give us a reason to root for the girl at the end. overall nicely done Fede Alvarez 8/10.

Toy Story 3
Toy Story 3(2010)

Even though it is just an un-original Rehash of "Toy story 2" and just 2 hours of nostalgic toys being tossed at your face so that people do not notice its MANY flaws. It is still wroth a watch.

Man of Steel
Man of Steel(2013)

It was GREAT. It had great pace "a little more development would have been nice" on the better side it gives more time for Kal to suit up and become the symbol of HOPE. It was a great summer movie its action was the best i have since these last 2years and each character had a reason to be who they are "Zod" was a villain who had a reason behind him and that reason being bring krypton back and doing anything to do so. Superman has to rise up to become the leader in the fight to save mankind. The music by Han zimmer is as great as you expect it to be. I did not like that he became superman a bit to quick by which i mean it felt like he got the suit and bam he is superman. For the few 5-10mins it just felt like a guy in a red cape but Kal proves in time that he is Superman. The action which i kept hearing about is to much. well maybe it was hearing about it so much that made me seem to notice it less... i mean the last fight between Zod and superman lasts like 5mins.

The Smurfs 2
The Smurfs 2(2013)

Are these people serious... -___-. AFTER WHAT HAPPENED TO THE FIRST ONE THEY ARE REALLY GOING FOR IT AGAIN? WELL OF COARSE THEY FUCKEN ARE THE BOX OFFICE PROVED THAT AMERICAN PARENTS DO NOT CARE WHAT CRAP THEY MAKE THEY KIDS WATCH AS LONG AS IT CAN GET THEM OUT OF RAISING THEM FOR A WHILE. To be honest i really like George Lopez i really enjoyed his show but sorry bud your not enough for me to check out this piece of crap.

Fast & Furious 6

Well i ended up seeing it hoping that it would hold me back till man of steel comes out... I LOVED IT!. Justin really knows how to direct a good action movie and taking this franchise so far and making it so great takes a team effort. You can feel the connection that each of these characters have with each other. I do not care what people say but even the acting was ok. Overall it was an amazing action movie and did suspense well. I claped more than once along the audience when i was with watching this movie. It is going to hurt to see the director and some others go... Lets just hope that Fast 7 can deliver.

Finding Nemo
Finding Nemo(2003)

Even though it was one of the movies that made pixar so overrated. You have to be made of stone to not enjoy it.

Christopher Nolan has crafted such an amazing film that it may take you a while to sit down and watch it but once you do you will regret to have made yourself wait so long.

9.5 / 10

Fast Five
Fast Five(2011)

Giving this franchise the boost in power it needed fast five is a HIT.

8 / 10

Iron Man 3
Iron Man 3(2013)

Great action + Great story + Great humor = Bad ????

Guess people just want something new to hate on.

8.5 / 10

The Cabin in the Woods

Why do people blindly love this so much ? who knows. However an opinion is an opinion and no need to fight others if they opinion is not the same as mine.

Cars 2
Cars 2(2011)

What did you do Pixar... What did you do!!. To be fair i really enjoyed the spy element they added to this story but you must know that Cars was not really one of Pixar's best films. It didn't go anywhere, and the audience didn't feel blown away like they normally do with other Pixar films, and it's overall message did not strike deep enough for any real emotional drama within the film, and the only character that stuck out was Mater which is why they focus on him in the sequel but i feel if any Pixar film should get a sequel it should have been The Incredibles.

The Room
The Room(2003)

So BAD its GOOD. it is remarkable bad film making.Such bad acting that not even the best actor can top if he tried to.

Seven Samurai (Shichinin no Samurai)

I like to write long thoughtful reviews about why i really like a certain film but for this all i can say is EPIC!. One of the best.

When i first heard about sinister i had a feeling it was going to be like any other B horror movie this B.S generation of Hollywood had to offer us. Boy was i mistaken.

The Dark Knight Rises

Christopher Nolan ended his franchise in epic fashion. 9.5/10

Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope

I am not the biggest fan of this film "avoids rock" just to many things that i could not let go by. For one Luke's reactions... i mean when he hears the people who raised him are dead and goes to see it for himself he does not have the least bit of emotional concern in his face or even eyes but when Ben "Obi-Wan" Kenobi gets killed he is all sad and concerned i mean WTF. I also have a big problem with how hundreds of storm troopers who are hired on the most dangers weapon ever "the death star" can all get together and shoot they guns and still our hero's manage to not get hit by any lasers while firing at the same time and killing all of the storm troopers off... i mean really -_-. overall it was a Good story but it did get better with the sequel.

Django Unchained

Quentin Tarantino has done it again with his latest big screen picture Django Unchained. Some people are surprised that Django Unchained had been Oscar-nominated for Best Picture. But this is Quentin Tarantino?s most entertaining film since Pulp Fiction in my opinion. With stars that put themselves in these roles so nicely that you don't realize your watching a movie till the end credits start to roll. With imagery that will put you in a past that you may or may not have been trying to forget, and with an amazing soundtrack to put all the right emotion in place this time Tarantino has shown his wicked side for westerns and the result is a breathtaking unapologetic adventure.

Star Wars: Episode V - The Empire Strikes Back

Everything about The Empire Strikes Back feeds into those ideas of challenge and loss, and the sense that nothing in life will ever turn out quite like you'd hoped. From the very first frame, it strives to recreate the authenticity of the first film while simultaneously shattering any expectations that things will be the same. It is a great piece in film making which opened up cinema in many ways for other film makers. It was George Lucas at his best before... well i think you know.

When i first saw the trailer for bridesmaids i was like O_o but to my surprise this was an extremely entertaining movie and had just the right amount of emotion to carry it though. I highly recommend it to people who are looking for a nice comedy and like to have fun.

The Dark Knight

Not just the best superhero movie of all time but also one of the best movies of all time. Maybe that is just my humble opinion.

The Shawshank Redemption

Amazing film making. Nicely done all around and no way i can cover everything i like about this film but i can say a little about how When Andy arrives at Shawshank, Red notices immediately that he isn't like other inmates. He's not. However over time, Andy does indeed become a crook to quote the movie "The funny thing is, on the outside, I was an honest man, straight as an arrow. I had to come to prison to be a crook." It is a must watch even if its a one time watch for some because of the long running time.
