Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2

This movie wasn't the best in the world. I really liked the original, but this one just falls short to living up to the original. Laughs were only given in rare situations, and I actually sort of AGREED with the VILLAIN. Flint SHOULD be destroying those UGLY, CREEPY, ABOMINATIONS! God, they gave me the chills. On the other hand, I liked the goofy music (love Mark Mothersbaugh!) and the animation was nice, but the logic of this movie baffled me. "Hey! We should study these 'adorable' food creatures that eat people! But that doesn't mean anything, they're so cute (and are only cute to get our cliche point across - Be kind to nature!)"
Right, let's be kind to man-eating taco monsters!
And, why the hell did they leave their HOME ISLAND AND FAMILY HISTORY behind just to let these creepy food creatures live in peace?! If I was Flint's dad, I'd want my shop back, along with all of our memories and belongings! Screw those food-people, I want my stuff and family memories back!

Phineas and Ferb the Movie: Across the 2nd Dimension

The animation was good but I can not stand the voice acting. The story wasn't very good and it was a little bland. The dialogue was stale, and it was way too over the top.

Good voice acting, but thinly-scripted and has a bland, unoriginal story with unoriginal characters. Kids may enjoy it, but I didn't too much. One other good thing was that the animation was good, but that's about it.

Hotel Transylvania

The script was ok, and the characters were likable, and the story was pretty cool, but quite a few jokes aren't very good and don't work, and it is spunky at moments - and the concert part at the end was so cringe-worthy I fast-forwarded through it. I guess the theaters were hoping for a 90 minute running time. All in all, it's on par for a pretty good movie. Not super horrible, but not great.

Despicable Me 2

This review contains spoilers!

It's still as funny and creative as the original, but the Antonio-Margot love scene was totally unnecessary if they were just going to ditch the idea by giving Antonio another partner and never mentioning him again. The wedding scene with Gru and Lucy was waaaaay too goofy for my tastes, but younger kids and maybe some parents could get a laugh out of it.
All in all, there were some unnecessary, over-the-top things in this sequel, but it's still very hilarious and imaginative - and popular! When I went to go see it, we had to switch around 2 theaters until we finally got to a 4:40 show, and even at that show there was so many people, there was a line leading all the way down to the fire exit! Didn't help that I was in Atlanta...

Pee-wee's Big Adventure

It's stupid.
That's why it's funny.

I liked this as a kid.
I don't like this anymore after I rewatched it.

Fred: The Movie

What is this Mickey Mouse shit? What in the name of Jesus H. Christ are you bad actors doing in my head? Why is Private Figglehorn still relevant after lights-out on his career? Why is Private Figglehorn starring in this terrible, unfunny, and unoriginal movie? Why aren't you stomping Private Figglehorn's guts out?

Treasure Planet

I see this as an insult to the great literature classic. Terrible casting of voice actors, and an absolute butcher to Treasure Island. Disney, don't ever try to make something great look hip and cool ever again.
Just don't.

Stand by Me
Stand by Me(1986)

One of my most favorite movies of all time. Wonderfully written and acted, this funny movie is a must-see.

Dr Seuss' The Lorax

It's cute, but the jokes are hit or miss, and terrible casting.

American Pie
American Pie(1999)

Gross, unfunny, bad plot and characters. Worst movie I've ever seen.
