Historical accuracy disappears in the first scene, and stays away. Logic also disappears in the idea that a transmitter at the top of a church tower could be bombed out from an air strike. But, hey ho, it's a wartime sci-fi, horror (very horrific), zombie splatterfest. And not all that bad.
