This is what passes for a murder mystery today? I have lived too long....I can remember when murder mysteries actually had some mystery to them. It had a few amusing lines....Daniel Craig's accent was terribly irritating. I did enjoy the political slant...but I can get that elsewhere. This was no Murder on the Orient Express [1974], The Last of Sheila, Death On The Nile, And Then There Were None..... Even Murder By Death was better than this. Yawn.
This is a terrible movie. The dialogue is sincerely atrocious. You won't be able to stop watching it, and you will want to leave for Greece immediately. The photography is gorgeous. The locations are gorgeous. The people are gorgeous. It is a total fantasy. It sucks. I've probably watched it a hundred times. This is my shame.
