Great comic book movie, Okay movie.
+Score by Hans Zimmer and Junkie XL
Hans back at it again with the DC scores and he absolutely nailed it. Batman's score borrows from Danny Elfman's theme from Batman (1989) and it works. Lex Luthor is introduced with an eerie score that sets up his character. The Superman theme from Man of Steel makes a comeback and it plays during the struggles of Clark Kent. And Wonder Woman's theme was just epic.
Henry Cavill continues to do a decent job portraying both Clark Kent and Superman. Gal Gadot keeps a mysterious vibe to her character. Jesse Eisenberg took a different apporach to the character and he was entertaing to watch. Side characters portrayed by Holly Hunter, Amy Adams, Jeremy Irons, Diane Lane, and Laurence Fishburne had their moments in the brief apperances they were given. But Ben Affleck's Batman and Bruce Wayne and Batman stole the show offering something new to the table whilst keeping it interesting.
+Setup for Future Films
Mostly on the First Act
-Shifts Focus on Story Elements
-Confusing for casual moviegoers
Conclusion: As you can see the pros sucked out from this film are what the fans are looking forward to and the cons are what violates the critics. Explaining the difference of the TOMATOMETER and the AUDIENCE SCORE. Definitely a must see.
