Story about a young woman who hitchhikes around France meeting new people, and discovering new places. Critics call it dark. Not really. It's more melancholy to me. The girl is somewhat like all of us. Lonely and looking for friends. Many who she meets are similar to her in different ways. We all need some kind of human connection.
Critics seem to enjoy this movie. Not sure why. It terrible. The transvestite ending isn't scary. It's not even fun to laugh at.
This movie's story is actually really well done. It's about a girl who likes a guy, but only after truly getting to know him when she dresses up and acts like a guy. The problem I have with the movie is the direction, which isn't anything special. And the acting, which is pretty bad.
It's a odd love story about a guy who screwed up his life and realizes it after a former lover of his commits suicide. Mark Harmon's best movie. Jodie Foster is brilliant.
Hard nosed story about a convict who enjoys being a thief. Hoffman does a decent job. Although he acts a bit too laid back sometimes. But it's a good movie.
